just started with the bib...

just started with the bib, seems to be a finely crafted piece of equipment. Right now I’m hanging 6 sets of 10 minutes at around 4 pounds. Gives a nice tug that feels like a burning in the groin region. I couple this with about 20 minutes of jelqing. Hopefully we will see some good results. I’ve known about PE for about 2 years and did very sporadic pe but nothing serious. Interestingly I’ve gone from 6.25 to 6.75. However I contribute this to natural growth over actual gains from PE considering I’m just 18 now. Just thought I would share with you guys :)
