Lazy hanging

Do you have to stand up to hang? I guess I’m lazy because I don’t feel like standing for 15 minute sessions. If there’s other ways please comment.

Nope, you can sit, read, do whatever. Some angles may need to be done up. But BTC is sitting down and the best start.
