Monty, a question
Hey man, I was just wondering if your PE weights could be used as an aid for cementing gains when someone is ready? I”m definitely not there yet, but from doing research on here and other PE sites, it seems you must continue to hang at lower weights for a good 4 months in order to cement what you have gained. So I was wondering if you could do the same thing by just wearing the PE weights for a period of time?
