My bibish hanger

I managed to make my own hanger. I was inspired by the bib hanger and must say this one is extremely comfortable, I can easily hang 15 pounds, which I couldn’t do with a vac hanger.

The hardest to find was the PVC material (in this case a kitchen cutting plate), which I finally found at a kitchen department in a supermarket. The hanger is covered with sanitary silicone, which adds a nice softer padding over.

It looks a little sloppy on the outside, but you made nice gripping ridges on the inside and that is where it counts. I am going to guess you had to use heat to bend that cutting board. How long did it take to get that bending perfected? Also, where the hanging strap attaches, how is that rivet or whatever it is held in place to take the weight?
