My Method

My Method

Instead of nailing my routine in one sittin for about an hour…i do this:

everyonce in a while during the day i stop and hang for atleast 40minutes 2 sets of 20 minutes. I get about 3 or 4 of these a day…is this a good method, or does it not significantly stretch?
