My waight problem
hi!
(first i got to mention that im not a native english speaker, so please be patient if u mention some misstakes)
im hanging now for 3 months, i began with 3 pounds up to 8 pounds.
my routin is:
Monday off
T 2 h morning/evening
W 1 h evening
T off
F 2 h moring/evening
S 2 h moring/evening
S 2 h moring/evening
wensday is a prob for me hanging, as monday and thirsday, but in the end its about 9 h a week. —> i dunno if this is too much or less, but its ok for me
but i got a prob with the weight i put on my hanger, described as follows:
i can’t get over the 8-pound-border … its my limit, more ist pain for me :( —- im jealous when i see that some make with 20 p and so on
i hope that 8 is enough for good gains then …
but the prob is that there a days where i can make all my sets with 8 pounds, and on other days even 6 pounds hurt.
so, u see, i have to reduce and increase waight from time to time
u thinkt this is bad, and perhaps give me no results?
