Need Hanging Info Please
Hi Friends!
I am into PE since last May. After jelqing & manually stretching I am now thinking of proceeding to hanging. May I therefore ask you a couple of questions please?:
1. My current routine consists of jelqing & stretching alternately according to the new-bie guideline for about an hour( with a considerable warm up & warm after with hot water & towel) for 5 days & 1 or 2 days off
2. I have heard of bibĀ“s hanger & auto EXT. Which one is better? How to order any of them from Germany? Or is it possible to get a suitable apparatus over here?
3. How should I match hanging to my current routine.
My current stats are:
14 cm in length, 6 cm in girth
My starting stats were
10 com in length, 4 cm in girth
PS: I refer to an hormone-therapy I had due to an accident & testicle operation. I gained a lot of length & girth ( 16 cm/ 7,5 cm). But after the hormone were set down, my stats came down to the abovementioned. I was given testosterone & hgh for 6 weeks time in last summer. I was not peeing during this time ( PE off time was from June to AUGUST 04 during the said therapy. No hormone after that, just regular peeing.)
