Need help before I mess up

Hey everyone, I have a few questions that i need help with. I started to give hanging another try however I need some help with some issues I’m having.

My routine started 8 weeks ago. I’m uncut and all hanging is done SD.

Week 1 - 2 sets x 2.5lbs x 15 minutes for three days.
Week 2 - 3 x 3lbs x 20min. from this point i started to hang everyday.
Week 3 - 4 x 3lbs x 20min. started to add sets until I reached 5 sets per workout. Started to feel slight fatigue in ligs.
Week 4 - 5 x 3.5lbs x 20min. Fatigue still slight by end of workout. From this point I started to add .5lb weekly.

Week 6 I no longer feel fatigue in ligs, however cock does feel a little worked out. The Doctor had given me a steroid injection in my shoulder for pain in my back and left hip “I have really bad arthritis in my left hip also I have Ankylosing Spondylitis in my spine” the next day the slight amount of fatigue in my ligs went away.

Now I’m worried that due to this injection I can possibly hurt myself. What do you guys think?

On week 7 I noticed three little spots under my head next to the pee hole, also I’m starting to get swelling on my foreskin. If I continue to hang will the spots get worse, or will they go away? How do I prevent the swelling of my foreskin. By the way I did do a search on the spots but it didn’t say anything about getting them through hanging.

Now I am at week 8 and I am hanging 5 x 6lbs x 20min and I am still not feeling fatigue. What should I do, add 1 or 2 more sets to my routine or just keep going the way I am, adding .5lbs a week and sticking to only 5 sets a day 7 days a week. By the way I’m not working right now so if i want to i can hang all day.

I suppose you are hanging with a Bib’. Swelling and blood spots are probably due to incorrect wrapping.

If you have osteoartrhitic issues I would decourage hanging.

Thanks Marinera for the reply, actually I’m using a Captains Wench, i also believe it’s the wrapping however i can figure out what the hell I’m doing wrong. Especially since i haven’t had any problems with swelling until recently. I’m going to have to re-evaluate everything the wrapping, the routine, maybe give up on hanging altogether and go back to pumping.

I have thought about my condition, since i do have AS, that maybe hanging would be a little to much for me, especially since AS attacks the joints, tendons, and ligaments. Maybe it would be prudent to go back to pumping. Now I’m bummed out.

An extender would work similar to hanging, but the base pushing against the pubic bone would relief the stress on hips and back.

I have an omega extender I guess I’ll give it another try. The only problem I had I couldn’t figure out the progression or how much tension to use so I gave up on it. The time in wouldn’t be a problem since I have all day to use it. But you know what, I will give it another try, why not.

You shouldn’t focus on tension, IMHO; you don’t want your penis becomes able to lift more weight, but becomes longer, right? (:

Main focus should be on time you held the penis at a given length.

The Omega extender could be hard to use since it is a noose style; use minimal tension if you make up your brain on using that specific brand anyway. If money isn’t an issue, I would suggest to buy a vac-type or the kind with the comfort strap - or maybe build one of those by yourself, if you are a bit a handyman.

First how far do you have to extend the penis, as long as your flaccid length or slightly shorter than flaccid or stretch it past your flaccid length.

Second when do you add rods, is it when you can no longer feel a stretch?

Third when do i adjust the settings on the extender like the spring tension of the rods or should i just keep it simple and not bother with the tension settings.

Oh yes, by the way when i bought the omega extender about a year and a half ago it came with 1 noose style head attachment and 1 comfort strap style head a attachment. I only used the noose one once and i didn’t like it, way to painful.

I know these questions have been asked before but it will really help me with my PE journey, i am grateful and thank you for all of your help.

I would try to work out your wrapping and hanger issues before going up in weight, even if you aren’t feeling much fatigue right now.

You might try 15 minute sets and see if that makes a difference.

Once you are no longer getting swelling, I would stay at the same weight as long as you are feeling fatigue, and not automatically increase it according to some “schedule”. If you are feeling fatigue and seeing some gain every month or so, I would stay with the same weight. Discoloration and swelling issues are very likely to get worse as you go up in weight.

Thanks Redbear, i decided to take a break until all the swelling goes down. When I feel better I’m going to give hanging another try. This time i will concentrate on getting the wrapping right, If the same thing happens again i will have to turn to wearing an extender or maybe i will go back to pumping. I’ll will just take everyone’s suggestion as they come. After all it isn’t a race.

First 1-2 weeks, you wear the device at FL or slightly above; in this phase you just have to become accustomed with wearing the device. Then, you should start adding length; as a general rule, the device should be worn according to this formula (BPEL+NBPEL/2). If you wear it at more than that, it will be hard to wear the device for 2+ hours daily.

A similar approach would be augmenting length a few millimeters each X hours that you wear the device. So if you start wearing it at, say, 13 cm (BPEL+NBPEL/2), then when you reach 25 hours of consistent use you start wearing it at 10,2 cm, and so on. If you add 2 mm each week, after 24 weeks you are wearing it at 17.8 cm.

You add rods when you can wear the device at maximum length for many hours daily without problem.

Tension is just a means to held the penis at a given length, so yes, just think in term of length.

I knew there had to be a formula, that makes things much more simpler for me. Now I’m confident I can use the extender to safely grow my cock.

For some strange reason its easier for me to use formula’s. It’s better than going by feelings because ego and stupidity seems to eventually creep in and ruin it.

What if he hung BTC whilst laying down on a bed with his up on a chair. Maybe that would be more comfortable.

Anyway I haven’t used an extender but would have faith in it.

Finally the foreskin swelling went away. So on Monday i hung for 2 sets dropped the weight to 4lbs from 6.5lbs and the time from 20 to 15 minutes, and the swelling still came back. On Tuesday I changed the wrapping material, went back to my old captains wench, dropped the weight to 3lbs and hung for 3 sets at 15 minutes and the swelling started to creep in again.

It’s extender time for me. Seems that would be a safer alternative for me.
