Need to be stealthier

I usually hang 5-7.5 lbs with a wench using a belt to hold up the weight. But in case my parents or brother ever come in or come to the locked door w/o me hearing, I may not be able to get it off and hide it fast enough. I need an alternate way to becomming more stealthier while hanging. I have to hang when eberyones asleep because I have little time with a free house. Any suggestions?

That’s what I seyz is hang most of the night and sleep a lot of the day next day, it works wonders for gains :) If you have the time at night and nothing to do tommorow then do as many sets as you can or feel like doing, just don’t be too noisy with the hanging. :)

The Redi-Stretcher can be removed instantaneously, a definite advantage in your situation.

Maybe you just need to stick to manual stretches right now until you are afforded more privacy. Good luck on getting it though. I live in a house with a wife and two children. Tough as hell to get any privacy. I make damn sure that I find time to do PE though. It has given me and the wife to much pleasure to turn back. Again, good luck.

Why don’t you put more effort in manual exercises. So you can perform them easily in the shower and some stretches even in bed.

PG is dead on in re the Redi- instant on, instant off.

Personally I have no need for stealth, but prefer not to ‘hang out’ at home bare-assed, so I will apply the Redi down the leg of Hanes brand knit boxers.

Should I ever need to scoot, I just half squat the load to the floor, unhook the Redi, remove the Redi from my unit and tuck it away on the shelf. Done and done.

I hang at night, I just put something against the door and put on a movie. I have time to grab the weight put it on my bed and get under a blanket. I’ve never been walked in on tho. Good luck my man
