New hanging angle
While in a straight down angle today I tried alternating lifting each leg(like a captain morgan pose haha) and it really hits a different set of ligs. It seems hanging angles on a clock position would be 6:00(straight down) 3:00 and 9:00(OTL) and 12:00(OTS). This angle I’m experimenting with is between otl and straight down. It’s like a whole new stretch. Try it for yourself and let me know your results. Be warned it seems to require MUCH less weight. I tried it with 5 lbs and could barely stand it for 30 seconds
