New To Hanging
Ok, so far I think I have everything correct. Only have a couple of questions. When I hang I make sure there is as little blood as possible in my glands, but I still show a some purpleing in the head but it doesn’t get cold. Whats the threshhold on this? I keep the theraband an inch behind the gland and a little loose as well as placing the Bib hanger an inch back as well. Is it possible I have it too tight or is this normal?
My routine is starting w/ 35 mins of 5lbs ( sitting & standing ) 10 minute break to recirculate the blood, then 35 minutes at 7.5 lbs. This is done in the A.M & the P.M. 5-6 days a week.
Here’s my other question, I can’t seem to find any solid answers on the angles of how I should hang at different times. I’m pretty excited about this and have taken a couple before pics. But I want to make sure I get as much quality hanging as well as quantity.
BTW, the picture ( I forgot who put it on the board ) actually showing a person hanging helped me a great deal!!
I also do steroids about 2-3 times per year, I’ve been in amateur contest’ before and not quite sure if anybody has had any significant success with the combination of AS and hanging. Physically speaking the penis is not a muscle so it would be logical to assume there wouldn’t be any assistance on hanging while using the steroids but just thought I would ask anyhow.
