New To Hanging

Ok, so far I think I have everything correct. Only have a couple of questions. When I hang I make sure there is as little blood as possible in my glands, but I still show a some purpleing in the head but it doesn’t get cold. Whats the threshhold on this? I keep the theraband an inch behind the gland and a little loose as well as placing the Bib hanger an inch back as well. Is it possible I have it too tight or is this normal?

My routine is starting w/ 35 mins of 5lbs ( sitting & standing ) 10 minute break to recirculate the blood, then 35 minutes at 7.5 lbs. This is done in the A.M & the P.M. 5-6 days a week.

Here’s my other question, I can’t seem to find any solid answers on the angles of how I should hang at different times. I’m pretty excited about this and have taken a couple before pics. But I want to make sure I get as much quality hanging as well as quantity.

BTW, the picture ( I forgot who put it on the board ) actually showing a person hanging helped me a great deal!!

I also do steroids about 2-3 times per year, I’ve been in amateur contest’ before and not quite sure if anybody has had any significant success with the combination of AS and hanging. Physically speaking the penis is not a muscle so it would be logical to assume there wouldn’t be any assistance on hanging while using the steroids but just thought I would ask anyhow.

My self imposed limit was twenty minutes per set. While the Bib will allow for some circulation, the act of stretching decreases the available diameter of the vessels and will lessen blood flow. So, I always thought it best to stop at twenty. Thirty-five is a lot. When does the color begin? Also, you could have the wrap too tight. The hanger can be tight, but not the wrap.

So the hanger is on the front edge of the wrap? That is fine. Or did you mean the hanger is two inches behind the head?

Well, start out with the straight out hang while seated (9 o’clock), and then scoot down in your chair to lower the angle of hang, a little more each day. After a few weeks, you will be hanging BTC. When you become totally fatigued at that angle, go to straight out or OTS or OTL.

THe bib is on the edge of the theraband. When you say nine o’clock, you mean hanging the weight to the side at the 9 o’clock position right?

Also, what is OTS and OTL?

Do the weight amounts sound correct?

I hate to ‘chime’ (get it?) in here, but I can never resist a discussion about clocks.

I think he means sat in your chair with the weights hanging off the edge, the clock is on a side view. The same angle as if you were stood up.

The last time I spoke of clock faces with bib I ended up confusing myself. Thats a normal clock then, not a digital one, an atomic one or a sundial or anything else, right?

OTS is over the shoulder, and OTL is over the leg, I assume.

About your weight amounts I think the best way is to do the heavier sets first and work down, not the other way round.
