Some would argue hanging is the best way to reach your length goals. Generally with PE it’s advised to work on length first, girth second. Whether you hang traditional style with a bib (or home-made hanger), or whether you hang vacuum style. Hanging is one of the most fundamental types of PE, although it’s generally only advised for experienced PE-ers.
There are a lot of different hanging methods, and they all require a lot of technique, knowledge, etc. This forum is a good place to start studying before you start hanging (should you decide this is something you want to do).
I like hanging because it’s extremely controlled—unlike manual stretching or a lot of other techniques, you know exactly how much force you’re applying to your penis. You can track the weight you’re using, the angle, etc. With hanging you can always reach fatigue consistently and safely without pushing yourself too far (or not far enough).
It took me a few months to get used to hanging, and for me—it seems to get pretty good results. So I plan on sticking with it until I reach my length goals.
