One day will we all hang?

I was thinking. I think outside the box alot, but If their is a whole Forum Section about hanging. Doesn’t that kinda make it seem like we are all going to hang sooner or later?

It MUST be a very popular thing to do if their is a whole section for it, am I right? Why else would there be a section all about hanging?

Random I know, just conversation.

Some would argue hanging is the best way to reach your length goals. Generally with PE it’s advised to work on length first, girth second. Whether you hang traditional style with a bib (or home-made hanger), or whether you hang vacuum style. Hanging is one of the most fundamental types of PE, although it’s generally only advised for experienced PE-ers.

There are a lot of different hanging methods, and they all require a lot of technique, knowledge, etc. This forum is a good place to start studying before you start hanging (should you decide this is something you want to do).

I like hanging because it’s extremely controlled—unlike manual stretching or a lot of other techniques, you know exactly how much force you’re applying to your penis. You can track the weight you’re using, the angle, etc. With hanging you can always reach fatigue consistently and safely without pushing yourself too far (or not far enough).

It took me a few months to get used to hanging, and for me—it seems to get pretty good results. So I plan on sticking with it until I reach my length goals.

I started out with stretches for a little bit and then moved directly to hanging because I wanted gains fast, and they came fast. I received my newbie gains astoundingly quick (1.5 months), and then matched those gains yet again about 1 month later. I’m still gaining.

I guess that hanging is so much better than manual stretching because of what blink said, as well as you can target the ligaments effectively and continue to grow them. I think that the sky is the limit in regards to hanging.

With that being said I think that a person should either plateau or stop gaining in manual stretching before moving onto hanging, because after hanging manual stretching becomes useless.

Wow. What an ominous thread title. :)

I think the main reason for a separate forum is that it’s a very complicated subject and otherwise the other forums would become cluttered with questions about hanging. It’s certainly one of the biggest PE techniques and no doubt that many or most people will try it at some point.

When the revolution comes we will all hang! :D

Take your time, pick a simple routine you can stick to, and be consistent in your efforts. Patience is the key.

If you only want to gain a little you can do so with the newbie routine and the manual exercises. But eventually if you want to keep growing it’s going to take progressively longer amounts of time to get gains with this method. So if you do want to continue gaining length then anyone in the category is essentially destined to hang sooner or later.

The only other option would be to take many de-conditioning breaks and then start over again.

Hanging rules. It hits the ligs like nothing else and is in a sense, the black art of PE along with pumping. I think a lot of people should try it regardless. I started with a noose and super light weights, maybe 4 pounds max and bought a bib jr after about a month of trying it out and then a standard bib about a year later(still use both of them believe it or not.) I’ts just too easy. I rarely do manuals anymore. So in short, I think that a good chunk of people end up hanging.

I love hanging the only bad thing is that it is very time consuming :S

For example today i couldn’t do my daily hanging routine:2hours hanging 6sets x 20min ..

So i started at 12pm and now is 1:15am and i am on my 3rd set i want to sleep but i will sleep only when i do my routine !!

Yeah, the time factor required for hanging is by far the most difficult issue. The ADS guys have it easy! (They can freely move around / multi-task)

Also, I agree with the posts above. Hanging is amazingly good for length gains.

The thing that made hanging so amazing to me, back in the day? I could do it in 5 to 10 minutes. That was all the time per day that I invested in just hanging. I hung whilst sitting in front of the computer for hour after hour. School and work both; I made excellent use of my hanging friendly home office.

With that in mind, have you guys considered multitasking with the hanging? Take an online class of some sort and do it all while hanging.

My problem was that I found it hard to do any meaningful work while hanging. Maybe when I hung only a 2-3 kg, but anything beyond that and I just could not concentrate properly.

Any clues? :)

I did PE for five years before I started hanging.

I am working on that (multi-tasking with hanging). It’s the only way I’ll ever get a lot of sets in (long term).

Well, I know I will never hang. I made some length gains from stretching straight down, but the result was a lower erection angle. My erection used to point diagonally upward, and now is straight out. I don’t want it any lower, so no more ligament stretching for me. I now stretch straight out, and at various angles higher than horizontal, as well as side to side. I deal with the slower length gains by taking ample decon breaks, I think they also decrease the likelihood of long term injuries that may result from PE. Remember, none of us have been doing this for long enough to know if there are long term side effects of PE. I’m talking about 10+ years in the future.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in
