Protecting balls against IR lamp

Can someone explain me how to protect my balls against the heat of an IR lamp? I read some answers but I can’t visualize exactly how to do it.

I am hanging BTC and OTS, when I hang BTC I have my balls at both sides of mi penis and need to protect them with something, maybe a T-shirt? If you can show me some picture of the system…:P

Stick a sock over your nuts. I don’t think you will need a picture to visualise how to do that. Merlin

Just pull a white sock over them.

I use aluminum foil because it is reflective, but haven’t been using an IR lamp long enough to perfect it, so it’s a little hit and miss

Aluminum foil, that’s very interesting, I’ve used a white sock so far (manual exercises only though) and it works decently. However, I can imagine aluminum foil would be a lot better. I’ll try that for my next session, just gotta let my frenulum heal up properly.
