question for bib.

I would like to purchase a bib starter but i live in England.Was going to pay by paypal but i believe there are some current problems.Please advise on how i can purchase the hanger in uk without using paypal.Can i pay in sterling or by cheque etc. Thanks in advance.

I have had about six paypal orders from the UK within the last two weeks. I think the problems that international users had have been corrected at paypal. At least it seems they are corrected.

Can any of the UK guys shed some light here?
