I am now hanging strictly BTC, for 3 sets of 20 min. after my last talk with you regarding a concentration on the Ligaments as opposed to the tunica.

I am presently up to 12.5 for my last set and I can do all 3 sets BTC without a problem and have been doing so for about a month. Should I stick to the 3 sets of BTC for a while and continue to up the poundage or should I start to work other angles in yet?

Give me some more information. Have you measured any gains yet? What are you feeling? Do you reach total fatigue after three sets BTC? Do you have soreness in the ligs?

I have not measured yet BIB, but I associate the soreness in my ligs with fatigue. I know that I couldn’t do another set if I tried..is this the fatigue?(similar to weightlifting) I can say that I feel it 95% in the ligs. It has definitely grown, my wife commented that it seems longer and I noticed that it hangs much longer in the flacid state, but I have yet to put a ruler to it for exact measurements.

Ok, it sounds as if you are going pretty good. When you say you are up to 12.5 for your last set, it sounds like you are doing this backwards. I tried to get up to my max as quickly as possible, and then reduce weight as fatigue sets in.

It sounds like you are definitely reaching fatigue. If you can start with your max and fatigue sooner to where you have to reduce, it will probably be better.

When you reach total fatigue, simply cannot hang BTC anymore, then change angles. Even if totally fatigued BTC, you will be amazed how easy it is at other angles.

I am starting with 10lbs. for the first 2 sets, then popping another plate on for the last set @12.5lbs.

I guess I was thinking of weightlifting with the pyramiding up, I will start with the 12.5 for my first set and try to maintain it or go down from there.

I may have found a new alternate material for wrapping (besides Theraband), it is a section of “Mexican ” handwraps for boxing. They are cotton, but also have an elasticity to them. The best part is the velcro closure at the ends of them!

My homemade BIB Hanger from your instructions is holding up great with that weight, but once it gets too much I will invest in one of your custom hangers.
