S.o. Hangers.......

S.o. Hangers.......

Who here has had gains hanging straight out? How long has it taken to see any gains?, at what weight?, and what sort of schedule are you on. I have been hanging BTC for about 8 months with a gain of 1/2”. My lot is around 8:30. I have not seen any gains in a couple of months and have taken a 2 week break. I am thinking of switching to S.O., but not sure……Any thoughts…………

I guess nobody hanging S.O these Days………..anyone…………….

Gram40, I just started hanging SO and fulcrum hanging also. Obviously I can’t report any gains, but it does look and feel promising. I believe it was Dangleman that reported a nice gain with SO hanging. Could be wrong about the member name. Just try the search function at the top of the page.

I gained about 3/4 inch hanging SO with a Fulcrum.

Thanks Andrew69, I think I will incorporate into my schedule. I’m cut and find the SO hanging can be alittle hard on the old boy. I am using the wench which does work well, I think I just have to get the wrapping a bit better, I may try fulcrum while hanging SD as well……..

All of my gains have been SO with an occasional SU session. I don’t use weights though I use a Bungi cord attached to the opposite side of a table and then for SU I have a eye bolt lag in the ceiling. I can judge the stress by measuring the length of the Bungi with a tape measure when hanging a specific weight on it and then comparing that to whatever weight I want to hang at. Most of the time I go by feel rather then a set weight, but I made a chart of measurements and corresponding weights so I always know where I’m at. One of the great advantages is my ability to twist my hips and change hanging angle at any time. I also stick in fulcrums by pushing with my thumb on the top of the Ligament or even the sides by twisting sideways. So in one session I can cover a lot of bases in short order. I never seem to get more then 2 sessions in at a time anyway, and not even daily. I still consider my peweights to be indispensable for consistent gains.

Nice gains Monty530, your measurements are where I want to be…..I have incorporated fulcrum into my hanging and must say I love it…soooooooo, we’ll see what happens over the coming months…..
