Unfortunately, it’s not. The way you determine if you have gains left from lower angle hanging would be to palpate how much inner penis you have from your pubic bone to your exit point and what your exit point is. If it’s a high or even mid exit point and you have a fair amount of inner penis left (2 inches or more) then you still have lower angle potential gains.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

You’ll have to forgive my ignorance, but how do I figure that out?

Schlong: I believe your theory is right—should’nt give healing a chance. Saturday and Sunday being at home days, it is easier, I think, to do one extended “Memento” 20 minute inverted manual stretch over a rounded object with slight rests about every 2-3 minutes. If with family etc. this is easier to get off to yourself and do rather than to ‘Rig up’.

One day here and there also leads to laziness. If it becomes part of your routine, it becomes part of you. People as a whole get lazy and take a day here, a day there and soon you’re out of the loop. I went on vacation for a week and could only stretch manually. Unfortunately when I returned, I think my body had a chance to repair and heal because I went from having to start at 10 pounds to having to start at 15 pounds. Today I had to hang 20 pounds which I do NOT want to do. I want to gain with as little weight as possible. If we don’t take rest days, the penis and ligs remain weakened and SHOULD help gains come quicker. My opinion, of course.

Incidentally, the “memento” 20 minute inverted is not for pussies. Because BTL straight down, you can easily sustain 12-15 pounds while switching hands and you can also bundle the stretch. I’m just saying that, if you find yourself isolated and away from your gear, this a great stretch that comes closest to hanging…no need,then, for a day off.
