I don’t really have time to hang for any length of time, I barely have the time to do some of the manual exercises I have read about in this forum. A couple of weeks ago I tried something I thought would be similar to the hanging technique. I attached one end of a shirt garder to my manhood and the other end to my sock. The garder is made of stretchable fabric. It kept constant tension throughout the day which is adjustable and was relatively comfortable. I did keep an eye on it to ensure blood was circulating.

My question to you guys is; Is it reasonable to keep tension on him for 6 - 8 hours at a time. If not, any suggestions on how to perfect this technique
