Time before going Bib

Time b4 going Bib

Ok….I have gained .5 inch since I started PEing….about a year ago :/ I have started a new routine that includes a lot more manual stretching and PJing…5 times a week. I just started this routine two weeks ago and so far no results, however, I DO feel slightly sore during the exercise days. Now….how long should I go (if I dont see results…) before going on hanging? Nothing else has worked, then again, I cant recall ever feeling this “worked” during the week.

Anytime you start a new routine, you should give it at least a couple months before evaluating. This is especially if you are feeling the work.

Many guys start out in PE with hanging. Others get into it when they reach a plateau, or if other PE methods don’t work. Only you can properly evaluate your own situation. If you want to hang, be sure to read and learn as much as you can before starting. As with any PE, knowledge is the key.
