Hey guys.
My greatest bottleneck for me is my outrageously strong tunica. I have tried long routines & intense routines with no gains and I’m 99.99% sure that the tunica is to blame for this.
My penis is slightly bent to the left which makes the left side a bit shorter than the right side so when I do a flaccid pull, I can clearly feel that tunica string on the left tightening and preventing me to get full even streth.

I had some pretty sick beginners gains when I started PE, however I believe that was only from the ligaments getting torn and relaxed. Even though I gained length, the curve stayed the same.
To combat this tunica of mine I have done ADS and hanging with no improvements. Heat, reps and weight. A shit-ton of weight. I tried 40 IBS for a short while but that hurt at the attachment points.
I think having a bendy penis naturally strengthens the tunica as It receives tension every time any erection occurs.

The green line is where the shortest and thickest tunica tissue is. Have any other people experienced this? Maybe there’s someone who managed to break through that tough tunica?

You said that you are hanging and that the trouble area is on the left. Have you tried sitting on a stool, or the toilet, and putting the weight over your right thigh so the tension is predominantly on the trouble area? This combined with heat may just help you. If you add that to your hanging routine, and use more time with moderate, not high, weights for a month and have no gains, I would look into trying some other forms of PE.

It seems like when gains stop with one form of PE, they can be picked up again when the tactics are changed.

Pumping with higher forces in a tight fitting tube will be effective for stretching the shorter CC and produce a balancing effect on both CCs and the more months you do it the straighter it will get.

The pumping style that is most popular, ie; using low vac forces in a larger tube, won’t correct a curve. It can even make it worse.

Bundled and fulcrum hanging or stretching.

Yes I have tried similar techniques to the ones you described however this time I’m adding substantially more heat.
I use the heating element from a car seat hooked up to a high powered laptop charger.
Gets heated in seconds with really high temperatures.
I’m still not able to reach the kind of fatigue that makes me want to reduce the amount of stress I put on the tunica though. What a stubborn material! Bulletproof.

I have been reading some from your and the Aussie guy’s thread about PE4F.
It seems to be really effective but I dear not to try it out myself as I am afraid that the amount of stress that would be applied to the glans would risk damaging the nerves and reduce sensitivity.
It’s just a theory i have though. I would love to have it debunked.

Only you can debunk your theories. I can say those of us doing it wouldn’t if it were hurting us. It can hurt you with unwise use.

It is up to you. I am not saying “this is the only way” but I’m saying at my wits end this is where my PE has gone.

Can you tell if you personally have experienced any changes in glans and penis sensitivity afte starting your PE4F pumping adventure?

Thanks. And you’re right. P.E is never 100% safe either way.
I will let you know that I am currently experimenting with DMSO to soften and increase elasticity of the tunica.
The theory is that DMSO softens collagen and scar tissue allowing more plasticity for potential stretch and expansion.
It might help us tough gainers, but it is not risk free either.

Well I got some newbie gains by jelqing and stretching however the gains halted after 2 months.
I later tried ADS devices and pumps with no improvements before I tried hanging for about 3-4 months without any gains.

I always warmed up and jelqed on each exercise to get fresh blood supplied to my dick.

Jelq & stretch- 20min-2hours- No gains after newbie after several months.

Pump, clamp and stretch- No gains.

Hanging- No gains. 5-40 pounds. From 20-60 mini daily. Some ligament stretch but not any tunica fatigue.

Tunica is extremely thick on the left side.
