I'm Sold!
Thanks to the help everyone has offered, not to mention all the archived information, I guess I can officially claim to be a hanger.
For me, it’s all in the wrap. Dang, it took me weeks to get this down, but for sometime now I have had the wrapping down pat. I have a LOT of around 9:00, sometimes a tad bit less. So I hang SO and SD, evenly divided.
Yesterday I had a lot of private time and can honestly say that I exhausted the ligs, pecker, and me. I saw a tremendous difference in flacid length and girth. Some of the girth may be due to Uli sets - one in the morning, one in the evening. Today I was a little sore and hung through it. After about 10 minutes all was well.
I am now hanging 12.5 SO and 10 SD. Once I got the wrapping issue down the weight just jumped. It’s amazing how much difference higher weights make in the workout.
