where u find weight to hang and how u connect them to the penis?

i see the bib hanger but how to connect the weight?

How about a rope?

I use a hook similar to what you’d use for rock climbing.

Just use some rope and S hook.

And you put regular weight like in the gym?

You can also use a pumpkin from the kitchen

That is what I did. I just tied string onto the little 1.5lbs weight plates that I never use for weightlifting. You can also use a water bottle. for more weight use a water bottle filled with sand.
