I am a regular user of my self-made captain’s wench. I’m currently at 12 lbs and hang about 10 hours a week.
I’m just curious as to who else out there is Wenching around.

Sound off! how many hours do you hang, and at what weight ?

What are your stats buddy? How much have you gained hanging at that intensity?

Always the main question in hanging threads. :D Also, are you cut or uncut?

I plan to make a wench someday, but I have a feeling I won’t hang at all until I can afford proper vacuum hanger.

I used it for a bit…then got a wicked blister so I just stick with manual work but the wench is a great PE tool. Even for those who don’t hang, it can be used to hold a stretch for 2 or 3 minutes. I don’t see why anyone would need more than the wench. You can’t hang too much more than 15lbs or so but I don’t think anyone should be hanging with that much weight in the first place.

I’m cut. I’ve only been hanging for a few weeks so I have no inspirational growth stats to give you. Give me a couple of months.

I can report 0,5 cm in just 2-3 weeks. Will report in a few months again.

I have been hanging for a couple of months. I have tried three hangers, all of which I made myself, sock hanger, Hubbard hanger, and Wench. Wench is by far the best. I started hanging ten+ hours a week, getting up to 15 pounds. I succeeded mostly in just wearing Mr. Johnson out - a lot of turtling and diminished EQ. I have since gotten a coach who has me hanging only two hours a week. He believes in the high weight/less time/more rest theory. I am up to 18 pounds and it is very comfortable. On my hanging days I do three 20-minute sets and it feels like I have had a good workout instead of feeling like I am abusing my wiener.

I’m a newbie to hanging, i’m only hanging 7lbs at the moment, for about 20 minutes per day, as that feels like my cock’s limit at the mo’. I’ve been doing it for a few weeks now, and I can notice an FL increase.

I’m going to hang for another few weeks, then revert to a manual routine for a few weeks. I’ll alternate it and see how that works out.

I Didnt remember what it was called. I’ve been using the Wench for about 2 years now… make a new one whenever i it fails ( about once every 6-8 months). I hang 25 pounds for 3-4 sessions of 20 mins per day. I have measured for a while and vowed not to until my flaccid stretched length breaks 9.5 inches..

buff: how much of your length gains come from hanging with the wench? Seems like erect is not growing as much as flaccid. Is that a common phenomenon with hanging?

I am changing from the wench to the Bib starter btw. I did not have all the necessary parts to make the wench so I did a mod. Problem with my mod is that it became so big that I can’t use a clamp. Now using strong rubber bands instead. Also I get head ache… down below that is, can’t find a way of letting out blood from the head with the wench. As soon as I close the wench my head balloons. I am hoping the BiB starter will help me with this.

I jelq, hang, clamp and pump…although i only recently started pumping… and i dont know which produced the most gains. I started hanging from the beginning. I dont mind only flaccid growth because i know that EL growth is certain to follow.

no.. the nylon mounts pull out, or the nylon loops wears out from the weight/metal friction.
