what is the best way to hang for ligs -

Straight down standing up? or
Straight down sitting down? or
Sitting and hang between the cheeks?

I have an 11 o’clock LOT so I need to stretch the ligs, I use the bib and hang about 1o lbs. Any help appreciated.

Sitting and hanging BTC. The true BTC is kind of slouched down in your chair with your butt hanging over the edge, feet propped in another chair.

But this is very intense. You have to slowly edge down in your chair over a couple weeks to a month to get to the true BTC angle. Also, there will be some skin stretch involved.
