Use the hot wrap before you hang, and for the first half of each set. You don’t need one after hanging. Try to cool down while in the extended state. Don’t use any heat at all for the last set or so.

Or you can do more hanging sets. You should jelq for ten minutes or so after your last hanging set to restore complete circulation.

You can do some BTB jelqing, massage, and jelq the unwrapped portion of your shaft. Also, just rest.
