Whats the longest hanging session you have ever had

Just a general question, whats the longest hanging session you have ever had? Or ever heard of?

Set, 21 minutes.

Session so far has been about 9x20mins in a day which is 3 hours. I heard bib used to do like 8 hours everyday though.

I’ve been using my new VacExtender headcap to do light hanging and with it I can easily go for an hour, but only with about 2 1/2 pounds. I did 5 lbs for about 40 minutes last night, but had a good bit of fluid build up afterwards. I’m really excited about the hanging right now because I’ve only been doing it for the last week or so and have already had noticeable gains. I’ve gained about 1/8th inch in length and about the same in girth. The girth is what I’m really surprised about and extremely happy about.

I’ve hung all day in 20 minute sets, but most of the time at least 2 hours a day between 10-15 hours a week.

How much more are you trying to get Dino? “The last inch”? LOL.

With a vac hanger, I did once 1.5 hours on a set , but with only 4 lbs. Usually I stay under 1 hour/set because after that fluid build up increases greatly.

The longest single set I ever did was probably 25 or 30 minutes. But with heavy weights and a clamp-style hanger like the Bib, you probably shouldn’t go over 15-20 minutes at a time.
