I have noticed that if I jiggle my leg up & down (like bouncing a baby on your lap) it seems to give me more stretch. Has anyone else tried this or noticed this?

Yes. Bouncing or swinging actually increase the amount of weight for a moment due to the momentum.

Absolutely! When hanging I move my hips a little to get the weight “swinging” in a small circular motion. This brings on the burn I feel in my ligs much faster then when the weight remains motionless.

I do a few things, first off let me explain my routine…

15lb I do 3 sets of 20 minutes each…On a bad day I do 3 sets on a good day I do 12 - on average I usually do 6 sets

I like to watch tv, read, talk on the phone, anything to get my mind off the fact that there are however many minutes left in the set…

I keep my feet a little further than shoulder width apart and swing straight out and straight back, then side to side, circular motions, and i also stand on one foot and lean to one side to get different angels, I also put my feet up on shit and put my hands on the ground to get a nice ass stretch which acts as OTS

hope this helps..I haven’t seen results yet, I have only been doin this for 2 or 3 weeks…hope it does SOMETHING
