Which hanger is the best?

Which hanger is the best?

I am ready to purchase a hanger and was wondering which one was the best. It seems like the Bib Hanger is popular, but are there others that are good?

Dude,

My opinion only. If you are gonna be dead serious about maintaining a hanging routine then buy the Bib and skip the starter. The Bib allows for more wrap which means comfort with certain higher weights and positions.

Once you get the settings right for your cock you will never regret the money spent.

The Bib is fantastic.

Try the Captain’s Wench first, though — it is cheap, and some guys prefer it to the Bib.

Don’t discount the Bib Starter, some people of all sizes actually prefer it over the Bib regular and some flat out don’t fit in the regular. Do some size homework first.

Cappy’s wench is a great place to start if you’re mechanically inclined. By assembling your own hanger, I think it might help you think the hanging process through that much more and be a benefit in your hanging career.

I also sell a hanger. You can read about it by clicking the Redi-Stretcher link in my signature or see it in action by clicking my name and going to the “visit tps’s homepage” link.

Good luck. :)

Jesus, how did I miss the release of your Redi-Stretcher, TPS?? The threads that sometimes go by me…

I am reading through it now — looks amazing! I’m still working on a half-inch of length (mainly using the Auto-Extender). I might have to look into a Redi-Stretcher at some point…

I have a full-size Bib Hanger as well as a half-size Captn’s Wench, the “Wenchette.” The Bib is an excellent hanger, especially for hanging heavy weights. It can be very rigid, however, and sometimes hard on the penis, so it is important to always stay on top of adjustments to keep it comfortable.

At least for now, however, I prefer my Wenchette. She’s only 1” wide, which makes her very flexible for different exercises. Compare this to the Bib, which is over 2.5” wide. She’ll go up to 15#, maybe higher, and she’s very comfortable. Also, her small size makes fulcrum hanging a cinch.

At the risk of going overboard, she’s also very stealthy. I could leave my Wenchette out in plain view and no one except maybe you guys would have any idea what she was. She looks like any old piece of junk most guys have lying around their workshops.

I have used both BIB hangers and I like the starter better because with it being shorter in length it allows you more areas to attach on the shaft. I also feel like I get a better stretch in the shaft with the starter. The regular is good for the ligs but has nothing over the starter. Unless you are already “big” I would buy the starter.

Hey SNM,

I hope you’ll excuse the slight digression, but does the Bib Starter stay where you put it? I find that my hangers invariably slide down toward the glans, regardless of where I attach them. If it does stay where you put it, how much weight are you using?

Capn Wench for starting out, Bib Hanger for later

Dito, slipped right by me.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I started with the Bib Hanger then switched to the Bib Starter because it fit better

As time progressed I found that with my added girth and length along with hanging over 22 pounds the Bib Hanger to work the best for grabbing the entire package.

At the higher weights, the Bib Starter doesn’t have enough area to grip your shaft to hold the higher weights comfortably.

Just my observations.

Fire shall reign from above as shards of heated shrapnel hurl savage kisses to mortal flesh and shattered bone below.

For days, the dead hung in the air as dust.

I’ve been having trouble keeping my Bib starter closed. It keeps popping open dropping my weights, once on my foot. Another time I had them swinging big time when it popped and I slung 25 pounds of lead underneath my desk crashing into the wall. My neighbor downstairs complained that plaster was coming off her ceiling again. I told her we’ll try to hold it down.

Seriously, it looks like I’ve gotten too fat for this thing, I guess I’ll have to find something else. The vacuum thing Crash Hex is using looks interesting. I’ve always felt something that pulls from the tip rather than the shaft would probably work well to untrack a retracting dick.

BG,

Have you tried loosening the two screws at the bottom of the hanger? As long as the gap between the halves at the top of the hanger is not much larger than the opposing gap at the bottom (between the skids), there shouldn’t be a tendancy for the hanger to pop open.

I’ve found, however, that the plastic halves of the Bib Hanger do tend to wear with abrasion. If you’ve popped the hanger open enough times, you might have worn away some of the plastic in the well where the upper wingnut and washer sit. Check the plane of the washer when the hanger is closed. If it’s on a slope just waiting to slide off and cause the hanger to pop open, you need either to open up the bottom gap or send the unit back to Bigger.

I use the Captns Wench. Works great for me so far, no complaints. Easy to assemble and use.

I like TPS new hanger it’s by far the easiest hanger to use it snaps off and on in seconds I prefer it to the bib the bib gave me bruising which caused me to give up hanging and PE for a while. I also like my wench, I’m a big fan of cappy’s little invention
