E-Stim Pumping Method
Not sure if anyone has tried this before, but I’m beginning to think this is the way. Due to a previous PE injury that left me with some nerve damage, I would occasionally e-stim with a TENS unit, one 1in pad on dorsal nerve at base and one beneath the nut sack on the perineum. At 17hz, this gives me a hands-free erection and is a pleasant sensation.
One day, I decided to try to pump while stimming. The trick is to have the pad on the dorsal close enough to the base that the wire hangs out but far enough up the shaft, maybe a centimeter or two, that you still get suction. I prefer not to get full suction, rather about 90%, because it allows me to pulse pump the entire time. One of the main benefits to this pumping method is, you will remain hard the entire time, allowing the pump pressure to focus largely on tunica expansion, filling the corpus cavernosa, rather than the soft tissue surrounding the penis.
I go the full 30 min TENS session, varying between 3hg and 5hg for the first 5min to warm up, ramping up the pressure gradually until I can get to 10hg and allow it to pulse back down to 3hg. As you pump and ramp up the pressure, wait to feel that tension on the tunica and then allow the pressure to drop back to 3hg, then pump back to target pressure.
Throughout the session, and as the tunica stretches and acclimates, you will feel you can step up the pressure and go higher every few minutes until you get to 10hg. You’ll recognize this point when you no longer feel that same tension on the tunica as you did previously. At this point, you will know your tunica has acclimated, and you can go to the next hg level. Pulse from 3hg to each progressing level of pressure for the full 30min. When the exercise is complete, you will still be about 90% hard when you exit the pump, so be careful pulling out. Use a finger to release the vacuum around your base and gradually inch your way out so as not to get stuck.
What I’ve found are the main benefits of this method:
1. The estim keeps you hard, no need for porn or milking the pump for 30 min.
2. Because you are hard, the pressure will focus more on tunica expansion and not the soft tissue. This equals little to no adema. No spongy cock!
3. Your penis will handle more pressure . The pulse pumping will allow you to safely spike the pressure cyclicaly, allowing the blood to circulate and relax the vessels, giving time for the tunica to acclimate to higher pressure rather than by brute force, gives same benefits of high pressure pumping but without the petechiae and potential damage to capillaries.
4. You come out hard and expanded. No more deflated, spongy dick after a session. I could easily have sex right after a 30 min session now, where that would be impossible before.
5. I can do multiple sessions in a day and not suffer from weak EQ from over training with the pump
6. TENS on the perineum strengthens and relaxes the pelvic floor, stimulates nerve fibers, all of which can lead to a more satisfying orgasm, help those with ED, or pelvic floor dysfunction
7. You come out of the pump, warm, pink, well circulated, and erect, rather than cold, blue, and flaccid.
Final thoughts: I can safely get to 10hg without a single red dot! Whereas before, with regular straight pumping and holding at a target pressure, I’d start to get them shortly after 5hg and definitely over 6hg. In fact, I’m pretty sure I can get over 10hg now with this method. I haven’t even reached the upper limit, which I would identify "the limit" as the point in which petechiae developed. My EQ has been off the charts, thicker and fuller, nocturnal erections are at an all-time high, sometimes waking up to 3 or 4 a night! So whatever is going on, my dick seems to be liking it!
If you can get over the thought of electricuting your hotdog, it’s worth a try!
For reference, settings used: 17Hz, 270ms width, intensity 4. Sweet spot may vary person to person.
Equipment: TENS 7000, 1 in round pads. Both available on Amazon. Your pump of choice, preferably a manual pump. Dry pump only for obvious electrical safety reasons.
