Selecting Your Cylinder Size

I think you are describing a cylinder with pump attached. My advice is to get separate components: a pistol style vacuum pump, which can be found at an autoparts store as a brake bleed kit; a separate cylinder in the size you want; and a hose to connect the two. Separate components allow you to just change the cylinder when you have out grown it.

A brake bleed kit has the pistol style vacuum pump with attached vacuum gauge and also comes with a connecting hose. It also has other connectors and pieces used for bleeding brakes, but which are not needed for PE pumping. You can also find the pistol style vac pumps sold as a single item, in which case you would need to get a hose.

If no other choice, the 2.75” cylinder could work, but you would need to be cautious, as you mentioned, about getting your balls sucked in. That is no fun.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

The big pump has a plug whose hole is much smaller than the diameter of the tube but I don’t know if the plug prevents the suction of the testicles. If I buy the big one, will I have trouble pumping? Would such a big pump suck my testicles? Or better buy a smaller one but that does not have a vacuum gauge?

Thanks a lot.

Here is a pump I picked for you directly from LeLuv (kodidistributing). I have asked them before if they ship to Canada, and the answer I got was they ship everywhere, so it’s worth a try to send them an order. You can also send them a message to double check they ship to Columbia. CustomerService … istributing.com Click on the pic of the pump with the gauge and also make sure you specify you want a pump with a gauge during the checkout process. Also select the 9"X1.75" cylinder. Here is the pump:

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thank you very much for your help, I don’t want to buy the pump outside my country, because of my work, I spent weeks away from my house, I need the pump to arrive one or two days after buying it. But if I have a couple of weeks off, I’m sure I’ll buy the pump you recommend, thank you very much.

Thanks for your answer, it had not occurred to me, but I have some doubts, I add an image of the kit that I think you are talking about, it comes with some hoses and some adapters. If I buy this kit and this type of pump that I add, can I connect them?

If the tubing from the pump in the red box fits the cylinder with the blue tubing, you can connect them. But if that is the 2.75” cylinder I wouldn’t buy it because that black sleeve at the base of the cylinder will wear out pretty quickly in my experience. And without that sleeve a 2.75” cylinder will be way too big.

My question is: can the 2.75 cylinder with the sleeve suck the testicles? I can get the sleeves easily.

In your experience when the sleeve lasts?

I can’t say for sure. I’m thinking it would depend on how flexible that sleeve is. If the sleeve fits tight to the base of your penis, there is a good chance your balls will be kept safely out of the cylinder.

Flanged cylinder

Have used a penis pumps for two years now, I feel like I’m still finding my rhythm/techniques to what works with my body. Over these 24 months I’ve discovered that flanged cylinders, the ones with the curvy bottom are really good for me. I have a tight sac and would get sucked up at times using a regular cylinder. Wanted to share that. I fell more confident now knowing I’m using the right size cylinder.

Hi, I have a couple questions

I am thinking of purchasing a pump. What pumps are the best quality? La Pump?

Also my BPEL is 7.75 so I am thinking 10 inch. I do have a 6.25 girth mid shaft. I have read several posts on this thread that mention buying 1/4 to 1/2 above the girth. So in my case it is 2.25 that gives me up to 7 inch girth or 2.5 that gets me up to 7 7/8th . I am worried about if I go with the 2.25 I might have the packing problem and if I go with the 2.5 I might have the testicles getting pulled into the tube. Please advise.

2.25 is as large as I’d go for now.

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Thanks for the advice :)

When selecting length, choose a cylinder that is between 1 and 2 inches longer then your bone pressed erect length.

For selecting diameter, use the table below using your erect girth near the base.

<table class=”tborder” cellpadding=”4” cellspacing=”1” border=”0” align=”center” width=”50%” style=”text-align: center”><tr><td class=”tcat”><strong>Base Girth</strong></td><td class=”tcat”><strong>Cylinder Diameter</strong></td></tr><tr><td class=”alt1”>3.50 to 4.50*</td><td class=”alt1”>1.50</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt2”>4.75 to 5.25*</td><td class=”alt2”>1.75</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt1”>5.50 to 6.00*</td><td class=”alt1”>2.00</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt2”>6.25 to 6.75*</td><td class=”alt2”>2.25</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt1”>7.00 to 7.50*</td><td class=”alt1”>2.50</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt2”>7.75 to 8.25*</td><td class=”alt2”>2.75</td></tr></table>

* If you are at the upper limit and are going for length, select the cylinder diameter straight across in the table. If you are at the upper limit and are going for girth, select the next cylinder size up. Example: Your base girth measures 5.25. If your goal is length, select the 1.75 cylinder. If your goal is girth, select the 2.0 cylinder.

I took your advice and purchased a LeLuv. I am waiting for it to arrive. I purchased the 9 x 2.25 as per your table. I do have two questions.

1)What disadvantage would I have had if I went with the 12 inch instead of the 9 inch. My current length is 7.75BPEL

2)Do you recommend flanged tube?

Just want to have some insight if I ever purchase a second cylinder.

Thanks

G

Why exactly is there a recommended size cylinder to each individual pending on their penis size? Trying to understand the science behind it.

By all means after introduction of a penis pump my wife had got me. I am looking to get serious about it and will get the recommended size. However, my mind is awfully inquiring to understand as to the WHY.

THANKS!

Too small, and you’ll be packing the tube not allowing room for expansion. Too big, and the better the chance your ball(s) get sucked in; not a very pleasurable feeling.

It is simple geometry. Circumference(C), what we call girth, is calculated by the equation C=2Pi*R which is the same as C=Pi*D or in simple terms girth is equal to 3.14 times the Diameter of your dick. Since girth is found by measuring your dick with a tailer’s tape, the Diameter of your dick equals girth divided by 3.14.

Example:
What is the diameter of a dick with 5.5” girth?

D=C/Pi
D= 5.5/3.14, or
Diameter of a 5.5” dick is 1.752”

If you had a 5.5” girth dick and wanted to buy a cylinder, referencing gprent’s cylinder selection table you would need a cylinder with a diameter of 2”. And since you know the diameter of your dick is 1.752” you have confidence that a 2” diameter cylinder will work for you with some allowance for growth.
