Selecting Your Cylinder Size

The head of my penis is quite bigger than the base as to where I measured.

Hoping for some positive feedback as this pump cost me a good $100 not so sure I can return!

Hi TDidds!
Usually the cylinder must be between 1 and 2 inches longer then your bone pressed erect length.
A 1.75 cylinder diameter works with a 4.75 to 5.25 (base girth)
But, it is certain that the size of your glans is important too.
All the best,
DJ

Sorry to say you should order a larger cylinder.
Use your max head girth to find what that diameter should be.

I should make a note for that in the instructions.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

My eyes were very much on the prize for post #1 statement:

“For selecting diameter, use the table below using your erect girth NEAR THE BASE.”

I never even considered the head of my penis unfortunately. I always see in my eyes as being super small so nothing ever connected. Wise to update saving others from the same mistake.

By all means it will still work correct? I still fit but not much room for expansion. Just have to maybe upgrade sooner?

Yes, give it a try and just make sure to lube the head well so it can easily slide inside the cylinder.

Be careful if the glans completely packs the cylinder as that will concentrate all of the pressure on the tip and that could result in nasty water blisters.

Yes, the only way I was able to enter the tube was with lube.

I will take note of where I am packing the most in the cylinder.

I’d say zero chance of the company taking it back but I’m certainly going to try.

Is your glans touching all 360° of the cylinder? If you have a slight up curve the top (dorsal) of the glans may be touching while the underside (ventral) may not be. As long as you have a clear path the length of your penis for vacuum to have even distribution, you should be able to use the current cylinder. Just note where the contact points are and keep them well lubed.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Awesome, thank you! I will note on my next pumping session where the points of contact are.

My wife is extremely supportive of me pumping on a continuous bases and actually gets it out for me. When we ordered this more advanced pump beyond my beginner she was saying to go with 2” but I wanted to ensure I followed the tried tested and true from the vets on here.

Appreciate all this fast feedback!

Contacted company and of course respectively won’t take it back for hygienic reasons.

I just got a 9” x 2” LA Pump kit recently. My erect base girth is about 6” - 6.25”, just beneath my glans is 5.5”, and the mid shaft is about 5.25”.

When pumping in the 9” x 2”, I pretty much pack the bottom 2” - 3” and touch at points higher without packing the full diameter.

Everything seems pretty good so far with the exception that I have the flared LA Pump cylinder and the flare at the base seems way too big. I have significant webbing on the underside of my shaft, and the cylinder flare really seems to impede how much I can get inside the tube with any amount of lube involved. I’ve tried both with and without the black silicone ring from LA Pump, but I still feel like the flare is really obstructing things and impeding progress.

Based on that experience, and also focusing on the fact that I really would like to work more on length than girth right now, I am considering ordering a 9” x 1.75” thickwall LA Pump cylinder so I can focus on length and let the walls of the cylinder actually reach all the way down to the base where the bulky flared cylinder cannot.

At this point, I’m wondering if the 1.75” is going to be too narrow for my erect base girth, or if this setup will really help me get better length gains and better cylinder coverage. I considered opting for the 2” thickwall instead, but it seems redundant.

I’d appreciate any input on where to go with this. Thanks!

You’ll pack a lot faster. Just remember the vacuum will focus on your glans. It can make it more likely you can get water blisters on your glans.

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

You’re going the wrong way with a 1.75”. You won’t even fit. What you need is a 2.25”.

Ohhh, so it’s more a diameter issue than related to the flare?

Would a 2.25” LA Pump thickwall without the flare be the right one then? Or is there something unrealistic about me feeling like I want/need the cylinder down almost to bone instead of sealing somewhere like 1.5cm up the shaft?

As a follow up, is it possible to stretch the underside webbing while pumping by wearing ball stretchers/weights? Or should these two efforts (pumping and elongating webbing) be managed separately?

Also, anybody got a lapdist promo or affiliate link?

Thanks so much!

What I am saying is that an LA Pump cylinder is going to be a lot more expensive then a LeLuv cylinder which has a nice comfortable small flare.

Received my Leluv pump today from USA. Not yet tried.. Feels very good quality compared to other pumps I have.. I bought 2 inches cylinder. Update you later the experience.
