Go for the 9”X1.75”. I will take you a long time to out grow that one and it should still be a good fit.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’d like some recommendations regarding my pump cylinder which I purchased many years ago, but believe is still serviceable. It is a tapered unit, and the inside diameter at the base is 2 inches. My base girth is a bit over 5.5.

If I want to pump for length, is this cylinder good?

6/2008 Bpel 6.75, Beg 5.5, Mseg 5.1

9/2008 Bpel 7.00, Beg 5.5, Mseg 5.1

Depends on the shape of your dick. It it tapers toward the head (matching the taper of the cylinder) it should work well.

Okay, so I’ve been pumping for awhile now with a 9”x2” cylinder. I’m at 7.25 x 6.125/6.25 on regular measuring (started at 7.25 x 5.9-6) and pack at about 95%+ all the way up my shaft. After reading everything, I know that if I wanted more girth, I should move up to a 2.25”. Not necessarily looking for that. I would, however, be interested in more length. So, my question is: In keeping this tube, can I still promote gains in length, or would a larger tube be better for length.

(Just as a note, I know that other forms of PE may be better for length gains. Just interested in how I can affect it best with pumping.)

Does cylinder selection, outside of my base girth and BPEL measurements, matter if you have an upward curve?

There is a risk that if you pump for too long after packing your cylinder that you can develop blisters on the head because all of the vacuum force is now concentrated there. To reduce the possibility of this, you should reduce pressure after packing and monitor yourself closely. The theory goes that this is beneficial for length because that is the only direction your cock can expand in, but you just have to be careful.

It depends on how pronounced your upward curve is. Some guys with lots of curve complain about bruising on the head from contact with the cylinder wall. We just had a guy that was considering buying a mushroom head cylinder to give his head more room because of this. If your curve is not too great, you could also consider buying the next size diameter up, but for just a slight to moderate upward curve, a normal size cylinder will do. If your girth is on the border line between cylinder sizes, lean towards a larger size.

What would be the optimal cylinder inside diameter if I have 5.5 base girth and my main pumping objective is length?

Also is a tapered cylinder more advantageous to the length goal than a constant diameter cylinder?

You should definitely go for a 2” diameter cylinder and no, a tapered cylinder has no advantages. Your best bet is a constant diameter cylinder.

Edit: I just saw that you posted you already have a 2” tapered cylinder. As long as you don’t have problems with the taper of the cylinder restricting your head expansion, I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t stick with what you have.

My girth is 5.5 but my width is 2.0, I was thinking I should go with 2.5 because of the width?

Is 5.5 your girth down near the base? A 2.5” cylinder is really huge. The largest I would recommend is 2.25”.

Yes , my girth and width are the same from under my head to the base.

Hi guys, I can no longer resist the allure of pumping.

I want pump more or less exclusively for girth, though if a bit of length is unavoidable then so be it. I have an upward curve and hence think it unlikely pumping will affect my length dramatically, though it may increase the curve slightly, which is also undesireable, but again, so be it.

I’m thinking either a 9 or 10x2. I know 10 is probably recommended, but if I’m not likely to get any longer, does it really matter? - and would having a shorter tube help focus on girth?

My motivation for 9x2 is also monetary. I wanted to order from lapdist but 1. they’re not cheap, 2. they’re shipping to Australia is murder and 3. credit card is their only payment option, which I don’t have. So I’ve been looking at eBay, but all the 2" diameter items are only 9", so again I ask, can I get away with this?

The product that looks most appealing to me is here

Though you can also get it in brass, but its costs a little more. Does this product look any good? It’s cylinder is ‘industrial acrylic’, and is lipped, the pump has a pressure gauge, ‘easy-release valve’, and the page seems to provide more information than I’ve generally found elsewhere.

Would appreaciate advice :)

Yes Tweaking, that would be a good pump to buy and a good price too. Go for it.
