Selecting Your Cylinder Size

In my opinion a tube like the thin one you just posted would be very uncomfortable. Before I modified my tube to look like the second one I could only wear it for a couple of minutes. Now, I can wear it for a much more extended period of time.

Hey guys, looking to buy my first pump. I have the girth figured out, but I’m not sure about the length. I’m roughly 7.5 bpel, should I go for the 9” or 10” cylinder? Thanks

Go for the 10”.

I’m looking to buy a pump sometime soon, I would like length and girth but for the pump, I am getting it mainly for girth. My stats for Girth are around 4.5”, I’m trying to get somewhere in the 5.5” area. What would be my best bet?

Also where would you reccomend purchasing online?

06/01/2007 Bpel: 6.75" Nbpel: 5.75" Eg: 4.30"

06/25/2008 Bpel: 7.25" Npbel: 6.25" Eg 4.50"

12/22/2008 Bpel: 7.50" Npbel: 6.50" Eg 4.50"

Your situation fits the size chart perfectly. Buy a 9"X1.75" cylinder.

I would recommend the deluxe lapdist package: All Products | LA Pump

Hey gprent,

I am currently packing my 1.75 more than half way up. Should I move up to the 2” one yet?

I have read that once you pack the tube you are now basically working on length? Is that true?

Sometime in 2005: Bpel 5.7, eg 4.3: 7/15/07 bpel=6.1, eg 4.6

Now bpel 6.50, eg 5.30 bpfsl 6.50

Goal bpel 7.0 - 7.5, eg 5.5

kdoc,

Believe it or not, once you pack the tube you are still working on girth too. If you spend extra time in the tube after becoming fully packed, it is possible to come out of the tube with a larger girth than the inside diameter of the tube.

If you are convinced you are going to be sticking to your pumping program, you can probably go ahead and make the investment in a 2” cylinder, but since you are not fully packed, it is not imperative to do so immediately.

I am using a pump with a diameter of 2.25in. My girth at the widest is 5in. Is the pump too wide for me? I am just 5.5in in length. What entails a pumping session? Retain pump pressure for the amount of time or release and pump repeatedly for the amount of time?

Gprent,
Thanks, I have had the 2” for some time but have never really used it.
I practiced staging gave up on it as I was not sure what it was supposed to be doing for me if anything.
Would you recommend going to it now?

Goodtime,
I am not sure what the ramifications of using too large of a tube but 2.25 is certainly too large for 5” girth. Again, I don’t know if you need to buy another one. Pressure is pressure but I find that the larger tubes are less comfortable and there is a better chance of having a nut get sucked in and than is no fun.
In my routine I stay under pressure of max 6hg for 15 minutes, jelq for 10 to 15 minutes then back under pressure for another 15 minutes.

It’s kind of impressive and fun to fully pack that cylinder. You can stage up to the 2” now, but then you will miss seeing your cock fully packed into your 1.75. It is quite the visual turn on. Either way, you are not going to affect your progress.

You would be a lot more comfortable in a 1.75” diameter cylinder.

You can pump a lot of different ways including the 2 methods you describe. My favorite way right now is to release the pressure every 5 minutes and then pump right back up again. I continue this for 50 minutes, but just starting out, you have to start in the 10 to 15 minute range.

Whatever method you choose, you should keep the pressure at 5”hg or less and when you decide to add to your session, just add more time, not more pressure.

Gprent, hi thanks for you helpful post, wish I came here before I ordered my stuff from vacutech :(

So here is my current situation, I ordered a 9x2 flared tube, and really I only wanted length gains, so here where my problem kinda comes into play.

The bottom of the cylinder is a good 1/4in smaller then the rest of the actual cylinder, and after I release pressure, or am trying to pull out of the tube I frequently get stuck in the thing :(

It’s also looking like my glans is expanding faster than the rest of my shaft and kinda getting mashed up in the top of the cylinder.

My last problem!(I know, really this is it) I was only about 7in erect, so I figured that a 9” would be fine, but I’m almost hitting the valve on the tube now
I’m looking on getting a new tube for Christmas, and what do you think would be the best tube (flared or thickwall) and a size? I really am looking for at least 10, possibly bigger?
Thanks again

spanky85,
I think you would be better off with a constant diameter cylinder like those from lapdist. All Products | LA Pump

I can’t recommend a size without knowing your current BPEL and girth near the base. Did you see the size table at the beginning of this thread?

spanky,
I have been thinking about this for a while and think you should look at a 10”X2.25” from lapdist, or a 10”X2.25” thickwall from vacutech. The lapdist cylinder is less expensive.

You can start your routine with the cylinder you have now and just before you become too large to make it difficult to remove, switch over to the new larger cylinder where the extra diameter should give you more head room. I take it your head is larger then the shaft?

Hey Gprent,
How is it possible to continue to work on girth if you are packing?
At some point would it no longer to apply pressure to the sides of your cock?

I read on here, somewhere that there is a difference of pumping blood into the veins which is “permanent” as opposed to fluid into the dick which is temporary at best, is that correct?
