Selecting Your Cylinder Size

You just go up in ¼” increments. You will find this will be quite enough. So get the 2.0”

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I got a cylinder size that is one size too large. It was recommended to me to choose the size that would accommodate my goal girth size. I’m not sure what downside there is to starting off with this size or whether I should get a smaller tube and work up to the larger one.

Use the chart on the 1st post of this thread to choose your cylinder.

It’s fine to use the one you have as long as you don’t have trouble with your balls getting sucked in. It may give a slight bias to girth as opposed to length.

My penis base is less than the prescribed..
But, my penis head is a bit bigger..

So, i have been usimg a size bigger.. Is it FINE? I m looking for Girth gain

If that cylinder is comfortable to use, then everything is fine.

Hello, I had a question for you pumpers.

I have a 2,25” tube, but it broke so I use it as I can lately, but I want to get another one and focus more on length with pumping.

My base girth is over 6,5”, but the rest of the shaft is around 5,5”, 6” at best in the lower area, couldn’t I use a 2” tube with more length? I am around 9”bpel fwiw.

Would the base snug feeling be uncomfortable? I do pack the 2,25 at the base fully after 10min inside…

I’d get a new 2.25. Pumping for length takes time in the cylinder. If you pack a 2.0, there will be a lot of vacuum on the head. That increases the likelihood of water blisters on your glans.

If I go to Leluv Ebay, should I order an untapered cylinder in order to save money and buy a pump from somewhere else? Or maybe I could even use the pump I already have? Does the tubing fit well? Should I consider pumping with a gauge ?

So after doing a proper measure and buying the 'correct' cylinder

How is it supposed to look?

If your correct cylinder is in use and you put your erect penis in it, and pump to 5 on the gauge.. Is 50% of your erect penis supposed to be
‘packed’, from the penis base, toward the head that is.

Or is the ‘next .25 inch’ cylinder size needed?

You can pump with that cylinder until you are fully packed up to the head, and then order the next size up.

But does packed up to the head also mean, the head has to hit the end of the cylinder in length? Is that what fully packed means, or just a girth, end to end. Like if you got a 9 inch cylinder but your penis is 6 inch you’re not equating packed as in being able to reach the end of the 9” cylinder.

No packed means it fills up the cylinder with your girth. Not too many people have problems with going over 9”.

Say that I am 5.5-6.0” BSEG and get a 2” tube, I would be packed at the base. If it narrows out to 5.0” at the base of the glans but I want to increase girth between MSEG and the glans only so that it is 5.5” consistently.

Is the 2.0” the recommended option to do this?

I really want the rest to catch up.

3/02/2019 - BPEL 6.5", MSEG 5.5"

BPEL 6.5” to 9.0" 8% Progress 6.7”

MSEG 5.5” to 6.5" 19.7% Progress 5.71”

I’m curious as well, being 6” girth at base, I’m pumping with a 2” tube.. I’m mainly going for length.. Is this tube ideal for length gains?
