Selecting Your Cylinder Size

Yes, that is the size you want and you want to pump on the order of 20 to 30 minutes continuous in the tube to get the maximum stretch, but keep the pressure in the 5 inhg range. This is all assuming you are fully conditioned to pumping.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hey gprent, was that reply for the both of us?
Wasn’t sure if I should go 8 or 9” tube with my NBPEL if that makes any difference to the vacuum

3/02/2019 - BPEL 6.5", MSEG 5.5"

BPEL 6.5” to 9.0" 8% Progress 6.7”

MSEG 5.5” to 6.5" 19.7% Progress 5.71”

10-4.. On a side note, the automatic pump I purchased off amazon its rated in KpA.. Like -5 kpa erc.. Am I correct in assuming this is the same as inhg?

The size of the tube or container makes no difference on the vacuum. A 9” tube should be easier to find then an 8” and it by far the most used tube in pumping.

Here is a conversion chart from kpa to inches of mercury (inhg):

Bravo mate,,, many thanks..
So I see that I should be pumping around 17 kpa to be at around 5 inhg.

That is correct, but I am surprised your gauge doesn’t have an inhg scale as well as the kpa scale.

Glans Issue

Hey guy’s, quick question. My erect head is bigger in circumference than my EG. In a 2” leluv thickwall cylinder, my Corona pushes up against cylinder wall. My MSEG is not touching walls. My base girth is filling out cylinder probably first 2 to 2.5 inches. Think I should move up to 2.25 in cylinder for max girth expansion of head as well? I currently have a 2.25 ” cylinder(not leluv) that when I use, my corona doesn’t touch walls nor does my EG. Also, is it better to pump for length first, then girth? Or girth then length? Thanks in advance.

I think you should use your 2.25”.

I’m 8.25 x 5.5 non pumped.

Is a 2.25x9 good size or would I need a 12” long? Kind of want to get 9” just to pack it and see how it looks. But don’t want to waste money

Currently injured

Stats: BPEL 8.75” BEG 6” MSEG 5.5” GLANS G 5”. Flaccid 6.5” girth 3.5-4”

Lapump sells a 10"X2.25" that would be perfect if you just need a cylinder:

Where is the best place to order Leluv Cylinders from? Amazon is showing not available in my size and when I googled Leluv Cylinders I came across kodidistributing. Com but I’m not sure they are a reliable source. They seem to be on the cheaper side for this brand, like it’s too good to be true cheap.

Kodi is Leluv. I have ordered from them a few times. Shipping was good. I had an issue with missing part. They shipped it out no questions asked. Look on their website they usually have discount codes depending on the size of your order. SAVE5, SAVE10, SAVE15.

First, thank you Gprent for your amazing contributions.

I read this entire thread. It took me a couple of weeks.

I had a bunch of newbie questions that were answered by reading the entire thread.

Because my base-erect girth of 5 to 5.125” I bought a LeLuv Maxi pump with a 1.75” tube.

Been pumping for about 45 days. Two days in a row most with at least one day break.

Trying to keep it at 3-ish in-Hg, but it’s kind of tough because the gauge goes in 1.25s. As in, 1.25, 2.5, 3.75, 5. Anyway the good news is I’m being patient and smart because I only have one sick and haven’t gone above 4.

I started pumping 3-5 minutes at first, and I have worked my way up to 12 or so minutes so far. Never higher then 4 in pressure.

I’ve read about guys packing the tube very quickly AND all the way up the shaft.

I’m barely packing 1.75” from the base. And some of that I’m afraid is skin pulled from around sack and abdomen skin. Even though I know it’s not much because I do a pretty good job of pulling skin away, pressing tube and then starting pumping.

My question is: should I increase pressure or time or both to start filling the the tube with more of my dick and not just the 1.5-1.75” from the base? Do I need to be more patient?

Thank you!
KD

Edit: I should add I’m looking for girth mainly. BPEL is 6.75

You should work your way up to 20 minutes continuous and eventually get to 25 to 30 minutes and do that at your current pressure in the 3 to 4 range. Once you achieve that you can start adding more pressure, but keep it at 5”hg max.

As you start adding more time in the tube, you should start seeing more and more girth increase.
