Use the 2” tube IMHO. The reason being for you to achieve a permanent girth of 5.5” you’ll need to pump out bigger than 5.5” during workouts. 6” or slightly more will allow this to happen. So the 2” tube is the perfect tube for what your goals are

I have a crazy question. So I’ve been pumping in my 1.75” tube to try and gain length and I have finally gotten to 8” in the tube @ 10 in/hg.

Now I’ve seen a bunch of videos of people maxing out the tube. Will the Penis stretch to these extreme limits if alot of heat and time is used? Let’s just say It’s on my bucket list to fully pack one of my tubes (1.75 or 2” x9”)

I still feel I’m being limited by my skin sticking in the tube vs sliding down the tube. I’ve tried olive oil, coconut oil, and astro lube. Anyone else have some advice for my quest to pack that last 1” of tube? Even if it’s just once. :D

At some point the friction will overcome the ability to slide up the tube. If you can think of a way to max length before packing (maxing girth) you may be able to do so. What is your pump program: time @ pressure? Do you pump at 10inHg the full duration? If so, perhaps staying at lower pressure (5inHg?) for longer to get the length working may help.

I’m basing this on my experience in packing my 2x9 tube. I pump 5inHg for 60 min and I may go to 10 for the last few minutes which really packs the tube then. In my case I max at 8.25” which also corresponds to my BPFSL.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Try silicone based anal lube. Its extremely slippery. Just put plenty on your penis and a few drops down the sides of the tube before you enter it.

Wow 60min straight? I usually do 10-12hg just entering the tube to get a good pull on the fat pad then settle at 5hg for 30min. I then will go to zero and pull the tube most of the way off so the lube goes back to the base then I’ll pump up to 10 then let it naturally fall the next 10min (usually ends up between 7-5hg) If I try and go straight from 5 to 10 I can feel the skin pulling. If I try to go beyond 10 I can feel it stretch again even after the fresh re-lubing and you also see zero movement from the lower part of the tube. It’s just the last half that is being pulled on.

Igigi thanks for the advice on the anal lube. I’ve never played with that so I’ll give it a go!

Currently, I am thinking of going solely length pumping. My girth is 4.25” and I am thinking of getting a 1.35”x9” cylinder from LeLuv so that I get a greater length pull. Do you guys think it is a good idea to do that or should I stick to my 1.5”x9” cylinder?

I threw away my 10x2.25 tube and will downgrade to 9x2. I’m about 5.8-6.1 meg. I was able to go over 9inch length at high pressures, but I don’t think length will be an issue with the smaller tube. Any thoughts?

I think you made a mistake to throw that tube away. One technique that works very well, called staging, is to start your routine with the smaller tube and as you begin to pack it, switch over to the larger tube and continue with the rest of your routine.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Stick with your 1.5”x9” cylinder. To focus on length with that tube work on extending the continuous pump time to 25 to 30 minutes without a break. Keep pressure in the 5inhg range.

I never packed that tube. I had it for 6 years. I packed the base and a little mid, but not head and shaft. I would always have 1.2 inches of space from the top. I figured a smaller tube could give me more permanent gains.

Gprent was saying after packing your new smaller tube you could move up to the old larger one for even more expansion.

Hello everybody :)

I’ve started PE long time ago with big breaks during the journey.
Had good results, over 1,5 inches in length, something in girth too, but unfortunately I didn’t check my starting girth, so I can’t be precise, probably 0,4 inches.
Only manual PE, normal stretches-jelqs routines.

I want to start pumping. I’ve started recently to clamp. And I want to combine these "new" exercises. Probably something light the first month, 1 on 1 off and then we’ll see.

So, I need some advices regarding the right equipment’s size.

My actual stats are 19,5cm BP or 18,5 NBP so around 7,7 inch BP
My base girth fluctuates around 15 cm and 16 shy cm.. So I would say and average of 6,1 inches? But, I have a "tree" penis, so ,the farthest from the base, the thinner it is.
Around 14 cm MEG and 13 cm 5,1" under the glans.

My, "hope realistic goal" (since I’ve already gained something) is an overall +1 cm girth’s gain. (0,4 inches). Is way important the middle top part
And a 0,4 inches in length too

Thickwall would be an excellent place to buy from and get their starter kit with a pump and gauge. You want to get a cylinder based on your base girth, so I would recommend a 9”X2.25”.

Also master air pumping before considering doing water pumping, so don’t think about water pumping for awhile.
