Resolved slippage by adding sports tape and a piece of foam to give the QEP loop more to grab onto. Works great.
Also bruise is fading quickly, unlike some other threads where people reported it taking months. I actually had a hot-tub session with my wife and it was so faint she didn’t notice. So I’ve again targeted 6.5" for pumping and extended my pump sessions to 10 minutes. No additional bruising.

I need to be a bit more calibrated with my changes. Not only did I double my pump time but I also got more aggressive and pumped to 6.75", now I do have a purple spot on the side of my shaft. It’s pretty easy to get carried away while pumping lol. So, I’ll target somewhere between 6.25" and 6.5" today, I like the 10 minute session for now.

You sure did. But the reality is that you can’t really know your own boundaries based on other peoples anecdotal accounts. You essentially have to test them yourself.

So true. I don’t even use visuals as my guide at this point. I simply know how I need it to feel to have a good session without adverse effects afterwards.

Day five done. Based on the manual today we added a small bar to the extender, which moved the "User Measurement" to 4.6. I’ve also doubled the wear time to 6 hours from 3 hours.

With the extension on I do feel a very slight stretch today and wearing the device for double the time definitely makes my penis feel a bit more "worked" - which is what I would expect.

The sports tape is a bit tricky because you don’t want too much of it sticking to your penis, and certainly not the head. But the slippage has stopped.

Now, this could certainly be my imagination but I already feel like I’m hanging a bit more while flaccid.

Probably true. Flaccid hang tends to bump readily with a little help. It’s temporary af for a long time, but keep going and you’ll lock it in. Glad you’re feeling the fatigue a bit. That’s progress.

Makes perfect sense. I’m planning to take the weekend off, I bet by Monday the effects will have faded pretty substantially considering this is my first week extending. Perhaps after months it’ll be permanent. Appreciate your feedback!

Nothing new today, stretch feels a bit less intense today than it did yesterday - which is good. I’ll take tomorrow and Sunday off for recovery though I’m sure I’ll check in on the forum.

I took the weekend off for recovery and it hung nicely all weekend!

I did a hot tub session with the wife, no shrinkage like I used to get before getting in. Improving my flaccid appearance makes this journey worth it regardless of the erect results. Obviously I want erect results but I’ll take this as a win regardless. I’ll do a measurement in 2 days to see how things are progressing, though I am not expecting much as I’m only 31 hours into my extending.

By end of day Friday I was a bit sore and ready for the weekend break. Fully refreshed this morning and ready to rock for another week. Hate to sound repetitive, but the extra flaccid hang is great, I’ve always had self-esteem issues about my penis especially, especially while flaccid. It’s definitely a nice confidence booster and I’m hopeful that this is a good sign for future growth.

Only changed the schedule due to furniture delivery at our house that took forever.

===== Observations =====

I write my updates while I am wrapping up my final set of extensions. I noticed some "blistering" - clear fluid just below the head and very slightly on the head. I read through the forum and noted that blistering can happen from both extending and pumping but I concluded it was from the pumping for a few reasons but mainly because I really pushed my pump sessions to hit 6.75" in the tube and held it for 10 minutes. Too aggressive. I’ll take a few days off from pumping and recommit to slowing down with the pump.

No blisters today. They actually subsided very quickly yesterday after my last stretch session.

Day nine done. As per the schedule I should add a small bar tomorrow. Well, I added it today, because today is a 6 hour extending day. So rather than both adding a small bar and extending for another hour, I’ve decided to stagger the events.

Added pumping back in but backed off the aggressiveness. Less time less extreme pumping.

Definitely feeling a stretch today with the added small bar. Penis is healthy, no blisters or anything today. Easy day.
