I love it. Easy day.

Day 10 done. As mentioned yesterday I added a small bar already and now today (as per the guide) we bumped up to 8 full hours. Now that we’re at 8 hours the routine has to change a bit.

2 Iterations
- 4 hour wearing with brief 5 minute breaks each hour (timer paused)
- 5 minute pump session at halfway point - targeting ~6.5" length expansion in tube

10 minute pump at the end targeting 6.5"

Unlike yesterday, I really don’t feel a stretch today, it’s easy going as I approach 8 hours wearing.

Day 11 done. Felt a pretty decent stretch today, unit feels like it did some work this week. Going to rest up for the week-end and hit it again Monday.

Forgot today was a holiday. I extend while I work in my office so - no extending today. I did do two 10 minute pump sessions yesterday after I realized I wouldn’t be extending today. Back at it tomorrow.

Amazing how we can be more free to ADS or extend at work than at home, but it’s true. Working from home today (projects don’t stop because of holidays) means I have enough privacy to do more PE today than usual because I’m getting left alone.

I do work from home since like 2017 or so. My wife basically leaves me alone all day too so I’m free to extend. But since it’s memorial day we’ll be hanging with friends and family in the afternoon and I have a bunch of yard-work to catch up on since it’s been raining for weeks straight at this point. I have given consideration to wearing the extender while mowing but I probably won’t cuz my wife likes to grab my junk a lot and with my luck I’d get off the mower for 5 seconds and she’d do it.

I did wear it while mowing for about 1.5 hours haha, it’s a bit cumbersome but if I couldn’t wear it while working it would be an option.

Turns out 8 hours isn’t possible every day. Like today, my wife asked me to take a half day so I could go with her to an appointment. So, going forward, when I say "Day N" done, I am meaning an 8 hour interval, it might be spread across a day or two but often will be one single day.

Today I am extending for approx 6 hours and then I’ll wrap up Day 14 tomorrow. I’ll post my routine tomorrow.

Day 14 done. Wrapped final 2 hours wearing. And am working on Day 15 hours now… I’ll likely finish day 15 tomorrow. I know it’s a little confusing but I’ve basically taken the schedule from the QEP guide book and am following it.

5/29/2025 - 6 hours worth of stretching - 3 pump sessions, final pump was a bit extra I passed 6.75 in the tube and held for 10 mins.
5/30/2025 - 2 hours to complete "Day 14" - will pump 3 times today targeting 6.5 and possibly 6.75 for my last session.

Day 15 done. Wrapped final 3 hours wearing. Done for the weekend and also this concludes the "Adaptation Phase". I’ll do a measurement tomorrow, though I’m not expecting any real gains yet, from my understanding the adaptation phase is more of a conditioning phase, but we’ll see.

Note: I noticed I wrote the wrong total hours down for day 14 - it was 86 not 76.

I’ve read elsewhere on the forum that the QEP schedule is too ambitious, now that I am moving onto the Evolution phase - which is about 1 week per User Size bar increment. I’m giving strong consideration to expanding each 1 week block to a 4 week block, so 1 month per user size. The last week being a full rest week.
