Adaptation Phase in review… hopefully these notes will help someone in the future.
GAINS <———————————-
Thus far I have seen gains while flaccid, which is huge for me in regards to confidence. Throughout my entire life I’ve been very shy about my penis. Meaning, if I were to go swimming, I’d wear boxers under my swimming trunks so my penis size would be hidden, I’d hold my pee rather than pissing in nature around other people, I’d always put my back to the bathroom door and be mindful of mirrors in case someone walked in. Etc, etc. My internal monolog was incredibly negative, even hating on my penis. This has changed since I started PE, almost immediately my penis started hanging and rarely turtles, my flaccid girth immediately shot up and I can tell my wife has noticed - though she hasn’t specifically said anything.
As stupid as the above sounds, it’s hugely important to me and it’s made the journey thus far worth it.
Erect gains are harder to determine, I have a very hard time getting fully erect while masturbating, my wife is a nympho and keeps me very well sexed. The best I can tell measurement wise is that there were some very minor gains in length and girth. However, anecdotally, my penis appears to be somewhat larger while my wife gives me head, she also seems to be reacting a bit more during sex…. that said, it’s anecdotal and could be in my mind. I’ll settle on saying that my confidence has been boosted enough for me to feel this way though I have absolutely had meaningful flaccid gains.
WHAT I’VE LEARNED THUS FAR <———————————-
Protect the glands under the head of your penis. Don’t just use the supplies they’ve provided with the QEP. First, thing I did to stop pinches was took a small piece of foam, and wedge it down where the tubes come through the device, they make a "V" and a pinch point. Even if you can avoid pinches, your penis glands will swell into that crevice during PE. So tape the foam and put additional tape across the device, it makes for a pinch-free experience. Next, I created a reusable strip of band-aid tape (no stickiness because its folded on itself) and I wrap the bottom of my shaft below the head and then put a fresh piece of tape to bind the strip into a sleeve. I allow a very small amount of stickiness to touch my shaft to keep the sleeve in place, do NOT let it stick to your head, you’ll absolutely regret it later. This sleeve protects the glands from blistering.
Pumping. I think pumping is critical but this is just my uneducated opinion. In my mind it helps solidify the stretch. It is also the most precise metric I have for my actual gains. Initially I could only reach 6.5" in the tube, now I can reach 6.75" in the tube. I try to do this at least 3 times a day throughout my stretching routine.
That’s it for now. It’s been a great and fulfilling experience thus far and I am excited to continue onward.
