algotradr - Feedback on pump routine
Based on the feedback, my schedule and my gut feelings. I am going to reduce the number of hours I spend extending from 8 to 4 for a few reasons, but I still will spend a similar number of hours each day focused on PE in some fashion.
Reasons to reduce:
1. 8 hours is untenable in a day. If you include breaks and pumping it’s over 10 hours of PE.
2. I want more heal time and I want to spend more calendar days at a given User Size with the QEP. I’m still considering doubling up the time spent at a given User Size, this is a marathon, not a race.
3. I want to spend more time wearing a cock-ring after pumping
Pumping routine will remain similar but I am going to back off on the intensity and improve my methods of measuring and tracking. I’m also planning on spending more time wearing a cock-ring afterwards.

20 minute pump with light stretch
1 hour cock-ring
1 hour extending
20 minute pump with light stretch
1 hour cock-ring
1 hour extending
20 minute pump with light stretch
1+ hours cock ring depending on what I have going on
