Hey everyone,

Quick intro, I’m a 40 year old guy- never been happy with my size (~6") even though my saint of a wife treats me like I’ve got a 9" god-rod. Lol.

I didn’t actually believe PE worked but to be honest I never truly spent any time researching it. I’m nearly certain I landed on this forum around 2018, spent an hour reading about Jelqing, tried it for a few months in a very undisciplined and uneducated fashion and quit because it was tedious, I didn’t have anything to show for the effort and most importantly I didn’t believe in it. The problem was my high degree of skepticism which stopped me from even doing proper research.

Long story short, I’ve found my way back,. Not sure what series of clicks brought be back to this spot but here I am— I spent a bunch of time reading up on this forum and a few others and decided to suspend my disbelief and go all in. I’ll be working with the Quick Extender Pro (QEP), the QEP Pump, some hand-stretching and I also plan on experimenting with Edging/Ballooning as well as Kegals. I ready the beginner forums, read some horror stories and will be taking it slow, it’s a marathon not a race.

This thread is my accountability thread. I plan to update with notes about what I’ve learned, minor journaling and stat updates.

We also encourage you to get a picture of flaccid and erect to track your journey. No requirement to post them. Many members didnt take pics and later wish they had. If you do, make sure there’s a good reference (ruler?) in the pic.

How to Measure Your Penis


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Yes, sir and thanks for the welcome! I gathered that taking before pics were a good idea by reading a few threads where folks who had good gains couldn’t share the before pics because they didn’t exist. I’ll be taking them tomorrow and gathering initial measurements.

Okay day one in the books and it went well. The QEP guide has a three phase schedule, the first phase is Adaptation, which gets you used to wearing the device. Throughout this log, I’ll add what phase I am in along with my last known measurements at the bottom of each log post so it’s easier for future stretchers to track my progress. I’ll only be measuring once per tracked week (not calendar week).

===== Device Setup =====

As per the guide I added 1 medium bar which starts me out at a "User Size" of 4.4. The user size is basically your initial size minus 1.6. So basically (6 - 1.6) = 4.4

===== Routine =====

At this point it’s recommending just 3 hours a day which is what I did today.

What I did was 3 cycles of this routine:
- 1 hour wearing
- 5 minute pump with QEP Booster Pump
- 1 hour off

===== Observations =====

I’ve read elsewhere on the forum that the QEP is a pain to put on and take off,. I didn’t experience this, I found it easy to compress the device, stretch and pull my penis through the loop and tighten. I did feel a nice pinch twice today, but I simply backed off slightly and retightened without a pinch.

Thanks Lit! Hey I just checked out your thread and I see you do a decent amount of pumping. I have a general question as a complete newbie. I think 3x5 pumping is fine. Here’s the deal with pumping- it’s fun. It’s exciting to literally watch your member expand before your very eyes. It’s easy to overdo it. It’s not about going as hard as you can and ending up with busted blood vessels and edema everywhere. It’s about expansion past your normal bounds and then be content. You’ll feel the pull or tug or pressure or whatever and that’s enough. Lots of guys having success with relatively low pressure differences and longer durations. I blend that line for the sake of time, but too hard is detrimental overall.

I can’t encourage enough some kind of clamp or cock ring for 20 minutes or so after you pump to help maintain the bulk of that expansion longer.

Excellent tips, I’m glad I asked! I’m definitely concerned with over-doing it. Like you, I am going stealth here, my wife is a very horny woman so I don’t need any busted vessels or anything. Also the cock ring concept was not on my radar at all, I’ll definitely add this to my routine.

Day two went well, I did notice I mis-measured my MSEG last week so I double checked today and updated my initial measurement to 5.0. Remeasured my BPEL as well, 6" is correct.

- 1 hour wearing
- 5 minute pump with QEP Booster Pump
- 1 hour off

===== Observations =====

Not feeling much of a stretch but that is how these early sessions are. Definitely looking forward to adding bars to QEP - but I’ll be patient and follow the manual. With pumping I am pumping until I reach about 6.5" in the tube and holding there, which is .5" larger than my normal BPEL of 6".

This was a bit too aggressive, I have a very small purple mark at the base of my shaft. Not bad or painful at all but I will be backing off from pumping to 6.5" and will just target my normal 6" for now.

Make your own call. I’d probably say make sure you massage it some, consider firegoat rolls, and look at where the purple is- is it pressure from the tube against skin from inadequate lube? In the meantime, I’d consider 6.25 or whatever you think of as 6 "plus a little" so there’s still a tiny expansion.

Quite possibly. The bruise is at the very base of the shaft. Yesterday after you suggested adding the cock-ring I gave it a shot, but after pumping I lose blood pretty quick, I was trying to maximize what I was capturing with the cock-ring so I experimented with a few things, one such thing being wearing the cock-ring and then pumping, with the idea that I could remove the pump and the cock-ring would already be there. At one point the ring was pulled slightly into the tube basically right where the bruise is. So I am thinking this is probably it. Won’t try that again, haha.

So I did wind up going to 6.25 for 5 min between each QEP session

Today I did notice some slippage even though I haven’t changed the device configuration. I’ll experiment with this but for now, I added a small piece of foam under the head which seems to be working for now. I backed off pumping to 6.25" rather than 6.5" out of caution as mentioned above, I do have some bruising at the base of my shaft, but I believe it’s due to experimenting with a cock-ring while pumping. Kinda dumb ha.

Yeah, I’ve seen people mention pumping with the ring on, I just do it after and yes, it’s not the same size as in the pump but it’s bigger than usual, and that’s enough for me. The bruise seems very correlated.

Added sports tape which has resolved both slippage and pinching.
