All Day Stretcher

I’m thinking about getting an ads, all day stretcher from Best Extender. It seems to be high quality, and more convenient to wear on the golden 😁. Do y’all think the results are promising? The resistance can get up to 5#’s.

If you’re just starting with PE or if you’re still not very familiar with stretcher extenders, I recommend progressing gradually before moving on to long stretching sessions without breaks. Also, remember to never stretch while you sleep; only do it when you’re alert and focused during your workouts!

Yeah, I just figured the all day stretcher would be more convenient when I’m on the go. This way, I can keep it in an elongated state longer. Yeah, gradually having longer stretching sessions is key. I guess I can call this autoextender a high traction extender, because I can barely keep it on for about 4 hours or longer 😁. I guess I’ll just have to try it out for myself 😁. Thanks for the feedback, and not wearing any extender device while sleeping, is ruled #1.
