Yesterday the 18 half turns was too fast of a ramp up, wound up with a small blood blister. Even so we were able to comfortably get to 108 half turns today, which is what was scheduled. Hopefully I’ve learned my lesson and won’t push beyond what the stretch relaxation needs on the ramp up. Removal of the device was not bad and the glans condition was good post session.
Yesterday was the first workout where I went lighter and did the entire upper body in one workout. It took ~ 2 hours, the biggest factor was the wind, Since I’ve been going heavier recently I’ve lost some of the aerobic capacity/recovery ability between sets. I don’t mind being in the gym for 2 hours but definitely think we can shorten that and still get a thorough workout.
I’ve recovered pretty well from the 11.5 mile run last week and will go again tomorrow.

Based on the bodyfat reading I need to lose 7.5-8lbs of fat.
Kind of thinking that it’s all coming together now. Just got to be disciplined. And need a little more fucking and a little more fun.
