Dmanuk2024's progress journey

Hey Guys,

Wanted to say a quick hello from here in the UK. I’ve been reading through various posts on the site over the past month and love seeing the hard work that you guys are doing and the progress that you are making. I find it really inspiring.

I just started the Newbie Routine last week on Mon 30th Dec 2024, and have been enjoying that. I’m keeping the faith that it will work and I’m in it for the long haul.

I’m quite new to PE. I used a QuickExtender Pro a few years back for 6 months and didn’t see any noticeable gains (up to 6hrs a day), so took a break from it, and now thought I’d give this a go.

I’d say my biggest goal is to improve the flaccid length of my penis. I’m a tall and stocky built man, so as I’ve read with some other guys on here, my smaller penis can look out of proportion to my body at times, and I’ve gone through thoughts and feelings of shame around my size. Feeling a bit better about that now but would like to see if I can make a difference doing these PE exercises so any tips or routines specific to helping my flaccid length after I’ve completed the Newbie Routine would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps I’ll re-introduce the QuickExtender Pro traction device again too at some point.

I took quite a few measurements on my first go, so here they are:

NBPFSL (Non-bone pressed flaccid stretched length): 12 cm (7.72 in)
NBFL (Non-bone pressed flaccid length): 6 cm (2.36 in)
BPFL (Bone pressed flaccid length): 9.5 cm (3.74 in)
MSFG (Midshaft flaccid girth): 12 cm (4.72 in)
BPFSL (Bone pressed flaccid stretched length): 16 cm (6.30 in)
BPEL (Bone pressed erect length): 16.4 cm (6.46 in)
NBPEL (Non-bone pressed erect length): 13.5 cm (5.31 in)
MSEG (Midshaft erect girth): 12 cm (4.72 in)
BGEG (Below glans erect girth): 11.8 cm (4.65 in)
GEG (Glans erect girth): 11 cm (4.33 in)
BEG (Base erect girth): 13 cm (5.12 in)

I’d love to add an inch to my NBPFL and NBPEL. If I get some extra girth, that would be a bonus too.

Good to meet you all. Wish me luck, and good luck to you too!

"Sounds like a plan!" Most guys don’t take measurements to start with, then have no idea what their progress is.

The forum pushes the newbie routine for beginners because it all it requires is a little lube and some privacy. Some guys have had great results just continuing with jelquing.

Once you go the hardware route, you have to pick something you can arrange your daily habits around. Some guys pick one thing and stick with it, some like variety.

I would recommend staying with the basics - jelquing, extending, pumping, and hanging - until gains taper off. Then it might be appropriate to check out some of the more exotic methods.

Hi Dmanuk!
Congratulations on your attention to detail with the measurements and your approach to PE!

Andy has already provided you with all the key information to get started in the best way possible. However, if you have any doubts or questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

All the best and good luck!

Cheers @AndyJ - that’s great to know about potentially getting good results just by jelquing. I’ll focus on the newbie routine for now and then check out the other options. I didn’t find the QuickExtender Pro super comfortable, and did need to plan my day around using that.

And cheers too @ImNormoEquipped - thought it might be useful to take good measurements at the beginning! I’ll be in touch if I have any questions.
