Using the Bib Starter for the first time today.

Current stats:
6 1/8” BPEL
4 3/4” EG

Previous experience:

6 months with the Quick extender (654 hours)
Beginning stats with the extender:
5 3/16” BPEL
4.5” EG

Ending stats after using extender:
5 7/8”
4 3/4”

Did absolutely no PE for 18 mos. Remeasured in Jan 2025 and BPEL is 6”. No change in EG.

Jelqed for 3 wks (Jan and Feb 2025)
Gained 1/8” in BPEL.
No change in EG.

HANGING today!

3 x 10 min sets of hanging 2 lbs
Theraband 15 in x 1.5 in

12 min warm-up on ligs and penis with infrared heating pad made for PE.
Warm down was 10 min with heating pad 10 min jelqing.

As was expected, I had some trial and error in finding a comfortable fit.
Had to re- adjust the Theraband several times. The biggest concern I have is the glans gets cold, but not numb.

Don’t forget to jelq!!

My mistake when I was hanging. BPFSL increased but not BPEL.

Do you think I should Jelq as a warm down (like 10 min) or a full-on Jelq routine throughout the week?

Three days of hanging completed.

Successes:
1. The glans is no longer getting cold.
2. Attaching the hanger is less of a challenge.

Improvement needed/need suggestions:

1. The “skids” of the hanger are smashed against my scrotum when doing BTC. Is this safe?

Week 1 Update

Highs:

1. I hung every day.
2. No injuries.
3.Getting better at “squeezing” blood
From the glans.
4. Last day of week increased from 3 x 10 min sets to 2 x 20 min sets.
5. Feeling ligament soreness throughout the day which tells me I’m ding it right?
6. Visible stretch marks on shaft skin.

Lows
1. Still get a swelled glans sometimes,
(I have to pause and re-attach hanger)
2. Hanger still is “smashed” up against my tight ball-sac.

[2nd week goal:]

In the spirit of only making one change (weight increase or duration) I plan to hang 2x 20 min sets everyday at 2 lbs.

[Long term Plan]

By week 3, I plan to begin adding .5 lbs each week from here on out.

With warm-ups and warm downs plus hanging, I’m probably devoting 1 hr 15 min. To each workout, I don’t foresee having the time for 3 x 20 min daily sets.

Wrap it Up

Week 2 saw some improvements in hanging fundamentals.

1. Created a longer Theraband.
( the first one was 15 in. The new one is 17 in.) The purpose of making a longer band was simply to improve the “grip”.

2. 20 minute sets (2 per day)
3. Experienced more noticeable nighttime erections.

General Observations
1. Shaft skin is more saggy.
2. Wearing the anti-turtling sleeve helps create a longer flaccid hang AND the sleeve is good for growth, because it allows the penis to heal in an elongated state.

Additional note:

I’m using the infrared heating pad after each set AND jelqing 5-10 minutes after each set .

I use a homemade Jelq/lube

1. One part African shea butter
2. One part coconut oil
3. One or two drops of lavender oil

Balls in the way, Hang Every Day

Week 3 update

- Added 1/2 pound
- Still hanging 2 x 20 min sets
- Had a couple days with only one 20 min set.
(Blink2000’s tip is to “hang every day!”)

- I’m thinking someone should design a chair for the BTC stretch.
- Shaft skin is still noticeably stretched
- I’m stretching my scrotum too (with a weight and silicone stretcher), hopefully they’ll eventually hang low enough that the Bib hanger skids won’t smash them against my body anymore.
