I’ve noticed that over time, I’ve been ejaculating very quickly. My ex-girlfriend used to "force" me to have sex without a condom so that I would cum quickly. Out of jealousy, she thought that when I took a little longer to cum, it was because she wasn’t satisfying me. However, I’ve noticed that after having sex without a condom, I cum very quickly. However, when I use a condom with delay gel, I can last a long time. So I don’t think it’s a psychological cause, but a physical one. I’ve also noticed that the nerve that runs behind the glans is VERY sensitive. I’ve even managed to ejaculate just by rubbing it. I did the test to really see that it’s very sensitive. Has anyone had this type of sensitivity? Can anyone help me? Is there any way to reduce this sensitivity? I already do Kegel exercises and I can "control" the orgasm impulse. That’s not the problem. What really bothers me is this GREAT sensitivity in the nerve that runs behind and below the glans.

When it’s been a bit since sex, I usually cum earlier in the day, reduces the sensitivity.

Two things can increase your time, and reduce sensitivity:

1) Edging teaches you control when you are close to climaxing, and when you learn to control your orgasm you can last longer. Eventually you will not need edge and you can just focus on number 2.

2) During sex, Kegal hard when you are close to orgasming. For me, sometimes I stop and kegal, other times, I kegal while I thrust.

I have not done edging in years, but it’s effects has lasted a life time.

When having sex you should try reverse kegels. Its like you’re forcing pee out and also feels like you’re trying to shit. Do deep belly breathing (diaphragmic breathing) this will put force on your pelvic floor opening it up a bit. The pelvic floor will begin to tighten when arousal is high bringing you closer to a climax. You may even feel it involuntarily pulse if you try to hold a kegel. If you know its happening just a bit out before the point of no return, slow down, breath deep and perform reverse kegels. Additionally, you can pinch the glans between two fingers for a moment to reduce sensitivity. One of my favorites it to pull out and slap my cock on her a bit while I reverse kegel. This can drop the sensitivity too. You should train for this during edging. Bring yourself to PONR and work to control or delay the ejaculation. If you get good at this and want to do a money shot, you can build up the pressure and let the cum blast out in great volume and velocity. Good reading for you could be The Multi-Orgasmic Man. Many of these practices are in this book. There is instruction for you to have orgasms without ejaculation.

I also perform prep strategies if I want to stay at it for a while. Due to PE I try not to cum a lot during the work week. Friday evening I will ejaculate. Saturday morning I will do it again. By the time sex comes a round, I fully ready but I don’t have so much build up and sensitivity is down. It by far has worked the best for me. My wife loves the cum though so some times you just have to be a loaded pro and use the delay techniques to give her the results she wants.
