JavaScript and Extending
Hello everyone.I’m strating PE again.I gained so far 0.5” in length and 0.2” in girth, but I lost those girth gains.My plan is to do extending with my own homemade extender 6 days per week and to do jelqing every second day.I will be using 1kg tension, each session will last 1h.I’m not sure how many hours per day I should do extending, but I’m aming something between 4-6h per day.If you have any question feel free to ask.
