I have US Pro 2000 2nd Edition. You can google if you want. I monitor temperature with four sensors between leg and dick. I see from sensors that it takes some time to reach evenly 40 degrees but it is possible.

Your right about the IR pad. It does take a good 5-10 minutes to warm up. I added a cheap 3m USB male to female extension cable (ebay) so I can have a lot more room with it on and actually walk around.

I run it for a couple of minutes and then put it on. I do 10 minutes warm up and also a 7 minute warm down after a session (recently added cock ring whilst wearing it on the warm down).

Its a great device and I recommend it for any novice. I can’t imagine now messing around with hot towels or a microwaved rice sock.

I’d be happy to give another brand a go though if any exist? I was expecting to actually see some red light from it when switched on but I only feel heat. I was expecting to get that ‘red light’ benefit as well like you see with red light lamps.

Maybe someone needs to develop one that does both heat and red-light?

Yes certainly my development was slowed down until I got Ultrasound. With ultrasound I have gained 0,8cm BPFSL and will continue to see how far it will go.

I know very little about it and wondering how exactly and why exactly it works.

How you do the exercises with that machine on and whats your routine?

Have you looked at getting an IR Lamp just to throw in there as well?. It seems you like the technical gadgets like me :)

Update.

I had unfortunately bad blister and was therefore forced to have a 20 day decon. But decons are not bad after all but anyway I have had not many exercises.

Numbers are still rising and there is absolutely no setback even after 20 day decon!

A New Milestone

Really happy with the development. I have better system to avoid blisters ans can focus on actual routine.

And it is working well. Just measured BPEL 17,1cm which is nice landmark I could not believe I never achieve! BPFSL is also developing nicely it is 18,4cm. After todays session post BPFSL was probably even more and my dick felt really stretchy and stretching felt good almost arousing or satisfying feeling.

Any chance of a basic breakdown of what your routine is exactly and how you are using the ultrasound?

From what I understand, he is basically only using ultrasonic heat whilst stretched using penismaster? Then everything else that forms part of the routine is just to supplement it?

Any more information would be appreciated as I am just about to finish 100 days of the newbie routine (and made good progress) and now looking at a new phase where I can step it up a gear and go in another direction.

I can’t refer to any single page because I have gathered ideas from different messages and users. But basic principle is from Kyrpa.

I have noticed that increasing gap between BPEL and BPFSL has led to interesting situation. Today I had rock hard erection and measured 17,3cm. After that I continued edging using my finger as a clamp at times and kegeling. A good way to kegel seems to be coughing, I had flu and still am coughing at times and it really pumps blood into my dick.

After a while I felt like popping in my shaft. I have experienced little bit like that before when under stretch and ultrasound. I think it is my ligaments adjusting.

I continued edging like 30 minutes and yeah my dick was gaining volume little by little with this popping sensation! In the end I measured BPEL 17,6cm! And it was certainly thicker too.

Now this will be my BPEL training method in the near future.

Suuri - when you did these initial 16 sessions did you hang daily or was it split up ? I do wonder if it is possible to hang less than daily with this method and achieve results although no one has tested this.

It was mainly 3on 2 off but later on a lot of variation and longer decon like periods.

I was two weeks off due to prioritizing and hurries in life. One may call it a decon.

Happy to see still upward trend after decon. Now I almost reached 20cm post BPFSL. BPEL reached 18cm landmark.

I have had good erection quality and hot fucking with wifey which is also very important to not be impotent.

These results here seems to be hard to believe to be true. I’m actually starting to believe I will achieve 20cm BPEL snake one day! That is like a fantasy for me.

I have quite thin dick 12cm circumference and that’s certainly something I will have to work on more. But I trust Igigis advice to first grow longer and then expand girth.

I’m actually pumping and finger clamping already sometimes but not seen clear improvement despite temporary thickness.
