Loss Of Length Help

Hey guys,

Need some help here.

I practiced PE with traction device and I had some moderate results. After that I started using ultrasound for heating.

I lost some length on my erections around 1 cm

I stopped PE one month ago but still did not get to my previous longer length.

What could be the reason and what should I do?

Many thanks !

Is it possible to be from the ultrasound?

Just stopping PE for a month can cause you to lose gains… If you don’t keep doing PE and stop without "cementing" your gains you’re going to lose them.

then: 6" BPEL, 4.88" MSEG, 4.88" BEG

now: 7.625" BPEL, 5.5" MSEG, 6.5" BEG

My size got smaller than before PE. So that’s my question. How it’s even possible?

There is some loss of length associated with aging and with medical conditions like diabetes. How is your weight?

Big cock, tight abs, fit body, strong mind.

Pretty stable I would say.

Is it possible that I toughened the tunica somehow?

You were probably too aggressive with your PE protocol. The penis will view this as what urologists call "trauma". The penis will react in various ways to trauma, often with shrinkage, "retraction" (when the ligaments keep the base pulled tight to the pelvic bone") and sometimes with some amount of erectile dysfunction.

It might take a month or two to return to normal if you do nothing. With very light PE work, it may return to normal in a couple of weeks.

While what happened is probably very upsetting, it’s extremely unlikely that you’ve done any permanent damage. It’s a pretty common happening. Men vary widely in how their bodies react to PE.

Did you apply US under tension?

AndyJ makes a good point about trauma & how that could cause a loss. To his point, you can come back from trauma, that’s something AndyJ is recovering from…

You said your weight is stable, but if your blood pressure is up, or erection quality went down, then that could throw things off.. or you could have measured inconsistntly.. E.g. if one measure was from the side, then the next from the top. I wouldn’t rule out measuring wrong, especially if it’s a small/ marginal difference.

Yes by hanging weight over the leg and heating.
But because I’m not quite aware how to apply US, is it possible that I made some permanent damages?

Can you see any visible damage still? Is there bruising? I recommend stopping PE until you’re completely healed — it’s not worth the risk.

Thanks for the answer!
I see my dick hard as rock but definitely smaller since I’m sure in the measurements. Is it possible that the tunica has come more stiffer?

No visible damage no bruising just smaller dick. Even my girlfriend told me it’s smaller than one year ago when I started PE.

Because my measurements are made in the pump so I had around a centimetre of gain which in the pump is still somehow visible but in normal situation I could not get this length even if I’m rock hard.

That’s why I think I might stiffened the tunica and the blood pressure is not anymore enough to expand the penis body.
