Hey peeps! I’ve been reading on this thread for a little while now. Thought I’d take a minute to introduce myself and start a new thread posting my progress and along with my methods/techniques.
Fist off, the name "Maverick" came from my wife. I’m a pilot myself so when the time came for my wife to give ‘junior’ a name, Maverick stuck. I think it’s kind of comical since Maverick was played by Tom Cruise who is known to be surprisingly short statured. Maybe she was trying to hint at something else LOL

Anyhow, I’m now 44 years old. I’ve toyed with the idea and theories of penis enlargement but never fully commit. I think the discouraging thing for me when I was younger was constantly hearing that "there’s no scientific evidence that proves penis enlargement is possible". Most of the time I’d start with a routing give it a few half-assed weeks then give up because I wasn’t seeing any progress. Fast forward to now, about a year ago I was starting to have issue getting and maintaining an erection. Like most men, I was embarrassed and in denial. It started affecting my relationship with my wife (obviously no sex is a no go) so after 6 months of denial and running from it I finally went to see a doctor. It was discovered that my lifestyle and work environment had caught up to me and my T levels were extremely low. At first I tried taking supplements to help increase my T production. Some supplements helped for a short duration while others didn’t. I was getting frustrated of the inconsistency so last March I finally went in for a TRT consultation. I’ve been on T for 2+ months now and I’m feeling much better. Erections in the morning are finally coming back and my libido has definitely improved. I had the P-shot done in April/early May which did initially increase girth and size temporarily after the procedure (I think most of the length gains were in the form of my EQ going from 60% to 100% at times). I’m getting ready to have my 2nd P-shot tomorrow. I was told by my doctor that results from the P-shot vary from person to person (such is life) but most patients see a noticeable difference after 3 procedures. I will admit, after the 1st procedure my erections starting coming back like they were when I was a teenager but they’re not always consistently 100%. I’m curious to see if the 2nd round will help out with this. On the side, I’m also pumping, jelqing and stretching. I know my initial 1 week gains look crazy but I’ve always been a grower and as stated above, the EQ consistency isn’t quite there yet. I figured I’d post a few weekly updates to get a better base line then tapper down to monthly updates as the progress goes.

Today I hit a new max in the pump. Using the CalExotics travel pump (which is narrower than my bathmate hydroxtreme 7) I was able to hit the 7.5" mark for a sustained 5 minutes without any red dots or edema. I’m trying my best to hit 20 minutes in the pump (bathmate or air pump) at least once per day. When I’m done pumping I throw a ring on and a weight to help maintain the gains from the pump as long as possible. I also started wearing a slightly looser c-ring throughout the day to aid with any girth gains since I’d like to eventually be at 6" girth. I have an extender which I wear on occasion but find the weights are a little easier to use throughout the day. Looking forward to where I’ll be in another month.

On another note, I had to push my 2nd P-shot back a couple weeks. Still curious to see if that really helps much with gains or if the only gains I’ll see are due to the increased EQ. Either way I’ll take it as a win being that only a few months ago I could barely get an erection.

Maxed out the girth of the Bathmate Hydroxtreme 7 with the "comfort seal" today. Made for an interesting morning trying to get it off. I’ve bounced between using the comfort seal and pumping without it (allows more room for girth) but I always have a hard time getting a proper seal without it. Ended up reaching out to Bathmate and ordered their hydroxtreme 8 which will allow me to pump to 7" girth with the comfort seal.
After minimal research I started using creatine lotion on my penis a couple weeks ago. Not sure if it truly adds more girth but I’ve noticed that it does feel more "watery" if that makes any sense(?). Almost like one of those water weenies you used to find at random truck stops and gas stations. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence or if it may actually be the creatine lotion but I’ve found that when I use it my penis seems to bruise easier after pumping. Also found that the seal on one of my air pumps has created quite the bruise around the base of my shaft from being so tight when pumping. Might need to find a wider seal.
I haven’t been jelqing as much this week but I’ve been using weights for hanging more frequently when I’m home. I definitely feel like a get more of a stretch from hanging that I get from using an extender. Hanging also seems to be a little more comfortable than the extender as well.
Updated my stats today. I’m still trying to "hone in" on my starting measurements so to speak. I realize that being more of a grower than a shower my flaccid length can fluctuate from day to day but since starting the PE journey a month ago I feel like I’m consistently showing more often now.
As mentioned in my initial post, I’ve had issues with ED over the last year. I’ve sought TRT treatment and I’ve dabbled with the P-shot. I can confidently say that my erection quality is getting better now and I occasionally wake up with erections again. I’ll take that as a WIN!
My apologies to anyone trying to find "the one fix cure" with me. In my PE journey I’m taking the "let’s throw everything at this" approach as opposed to the more "scientific/conservative" approach. My theory is that by applying more methods to my enlargement goals I’ll see better results a little faster. Hopefully LOL.

Watery is edema, literally extra fluid pulled into your tissues. We tend to be trying to avoid it.

I greatly enjoy hanging or all-day stretch, have intermittently done it for almost 20 years, much better about it lately. Looking forward to seeing what it does for me over the coming months.

The scientific approach is going to be faster. However, i support mixing it up, thereby preventing boredom and being better about doing something at all, because consistency is king in thing thing.

It’s weird I’ve had edema before (more often when I first started pumping), it usually occurs mid to three quarters of the way down my shaft to just before the glands. With the creatine lotion it felt slightly different than the edema but it was my entire shaft where I had applied it. Either way, I’m not going to use the creatine anymore. At least not for PE.
I do agree with you, consistency is going to be key. Unfortunately with my job, traveling and going through security every day it makes the consistency a little more difficult. I try to do longer hanging sessions when I’m able but days when I’m working long hours I tend to lean more toward pumping, jelqing and stretching.
I come from a fairly healthy background in sports so taking vitamins and supplements has always been a part of my lifestyle/diet. I have stepped up the L-arginine and make sure to space it out with the Lysine. I also read the other day that pomegranate juice aids with building NO and could potentially aid with gains and EQ. I was grocery shopping yesterday and ended up buying a bottle of POM pomegranate juice to see how it works. I figure I’ll drink a glass in the mornings to help wash down my morning supplements and vitamins. It tastes pretty good and I figure I could use it as my non-alcoholic wine when I’m not wanting to drink around others who do.
